Push-ups:19+6 times
Walking :0 minutes
Standing on one foot :11 minutes each
jogging-on-the-spot :0 minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for five years and 307 days in a row.
I also was able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the tenth consecutive
day including the most recent three days of 19 times of them.

Actually, I've got a little pain in my right knee and I did't do walking
for two days in a row.
Though still just a little pain is here, I'd like to walk today.
It's cloudy again in Nagoya and I'm afraid we have seen fewer sunny days
this autumn than usual.
Anyway, the temperatures are getting colder and colder, so I may have to
wear something for autumn not to catch a cold.
