Seven years and two hundred and sixteen days in a row have passed since I
broke free from cigarettes.
I was able to keep 20-time push-ups for the thirteenth consecutive day and
over 12-time push-ups for the twenty-ninth successive day.
It's was too hot and humid last nigh, and I had to leave the air conditioner
on through the night.
Thanks to that, I was able to have a very good sleep for the first time in
a long time since I slept more than seven hours without awakening a time.
This year's scorching summer heat has just begun, but actually I've already
been fed up with it.
The only consolation is that the length of daytime is steadily getting shorter
and shorter toward this autumn.
