I was able to keep no-smoking for three years and 364 days in a row.
I didn't do push-ups yesterday.
As a matter of course, it's because it was too cold.＾＾；；；
When my body is cold all over, it would be better to avoid hard
physical exercises such as push-ups, I think.
Anyway, toay again, it's so cold in Nagoya.
...I hope weather reports will come true.
They say the highest temperatures will be over 10 degrees tomorrow
and such weather will continue for about four days.
I really hope so.
