　福島第１原発の事故に伴い、福島県飯館村など原発の北西や、郡山市など西側の地域で特に空間線量が上がったのは、３月１５～１６日の放射性物質の流れと降雨がこの地域で重なり、地表に沈着したためとの解析結果を、日本原子力研究開発機構が１３日発表した。

　同機構環境動態研究グループリーダーの永井晴康さんらは「緊急時迅速放射能影響予測ネットワークシステム（ＳＰＥＥＤＩ）」より広い範囲の解析が可能なシステムを利用。２号機で爆発音がするなど大量の放射性物質が放出したとみられる３月１５～１６日の地表への沈着の様子などを、当時の気象データから計算した。放射性物質の流れは１５日午後２～３時には原発の西側で、同日夕方以降は北西で降雨と重なったとみられる。

より細かな線量測定が必要だね。

こうした表現がでてくるというのは、例えば、イスラムの教徒の原理主義者が、豚肉料理を食べる国に対して、神を冒涜し続ける西洋人とその影響にあるものたち、と言っているような信念と似たものを彼が持っているということかな、とも思える。

真面目な返答としては、
１）マグロが絶滅の危機にある、というのは議論のあるところであるし、そうならないように努力している。
２）絶滅の危機にある種を食べ尽くそうとしていない。
３）日本人は一枚岩でもない。

といった、感じか。

で、健康保険などについて外国から学ばないのはいかがなものか、というところがオチか。

なんていうか、国家もある時期自信にみちて、その後いくつかの挫折を通じて成熟していくのかもしれない。
ただ、この、

西洋vs東洋、アングロサクソン vs 他者、欧米　vs 非欧米　米国　ｖｓ　日本

と２項対立させて、前者が優越している、あるいは、後者を卑下することによって前者の優越性を確認する、という語り口は存外、一般市民にまで浸透している。

それに関連して、レイシャルプロファイリングについてわりに長い議論をテピドでしている。

肌の色や、人種的、宗教的、特徴だけによって、警官による停止・質問・職務質問の対象となる、ということがいけない、ことである、ということを認めるのはやぶさかではない。

しかし、欧米ではない、とか、日本のほうがひどい、という新たな２項優劣図式の主張にまで与するのはいやなのである。

これに関しては、当ブログでも、レイシャル、強制退去、職務質問、などを検索するとかなりの記事が見つかる筈である。

また、動画でググっただけでも、自分たちは特になにもしてないのに、警察が近づいてきて質問をうける、などと、かなりでてくる。racial profiling

The 2010 regular session of the West Virginia State Legislature offered some long overdue good news with respect to the state's racial profiling problem. While those concerned with profiling have known it to be a reality for a long time, the hard evidence was not available until early 2009 when the results of the WV Traffic Stop Study were released. Bottom line, those drivers who are perceived to be racial and ethnic minorities (i.e. African-American or Latino) are 1.5 times more likely to be stopped. Once stopped, they are 2.5 times more likely to have their vehicles searched, even though (the same study showed) minority drivers are actually less likely to have anything illegal in their possession than their Caucasian counterparts.

レイシャルプロファイリングがある、ということはわかっていたが、それについてしっかりとした証拠を集めたら、マイノリティーは１．５倍、停止される率がたかく、２，５倍、捜索される率がたかく、”白人”よりも違法なものを所持する率は少なかった、と。

日本の場合でも、レイシャルプロファイリングについて抗議したければ、こうしたしっかりとしたデータを収集すべきであろう。

嘘が保護されるブログでの体験談は意味がない。

UPPER DARBY ― Numerous police calls to Brownie’s Pub for assaults and drug violations in the past two years prompted a raid midnight Saturday, according to authorities.

Twenty-one patrons were taken to the police station, with 11 facing charges, including two women for underage drinking. Ten of those arrested, who did not have identification, were released after providing proof of ID.

And when immigrants are scammed they often wind up turning to illegal business, such as fake ID sellers, to stay in the country, said Brock Nicholson, the special agent in charge of Atlanta's U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement office.

"They're out more money and then could be approached by even more nefarious individuals from the black market," he said.

Racial Quota Scandal at Obama Justice Department

Judicial Watch uncovered hundreds of documents from the City of Dayton, Ohio, showing that Department of Justice (DOJ) officials pressured the Dayton Police and Fire Departments to lower testing standards because not enough African-American candidates passed the written exam. On May 25, Judicial Watch also filed a lawsuit against the DOJ to obtain additional records related to the Dayton program after the DOJ failed to respond to a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 11-971)).

Here’s how messed up the situation has gotten at the Obama DOJ when it comes to racial discrimination. As you may recall, the DOJ abandoned its own lawsuit against members of the radical New Black Panther Party who threatened and intimidated white voters on Election Day 2008. (The leftist NAACP appears to have helped call the shots on the case dismissal.)

And now these new documents detail a scheme by DOJ officials to bully the City of Dayton, Ohio, into lowering testing standards for firefighter and police recruits because minority candidates did not perform well enough on the written exam. (One of the most shocking claims by the DOJ is that it’s not all that important for firefighters to be able to read and write!)

This “racial quota” scheme, while clearly shameless in its intent, also seems to violate laws against discrimination and Supreme Court precedent.

　逆差別の問題。フォックスブログであるから、なんだか、要するに、能力によって判断すべき問題で、過去に差別されてきたグループに属するからといって、その人を優遇すると、かえって差別になるのでは、という問題意識である。

これに関して、チャートさんのブログでも男女に関してであるが、議論をした。

反原発の「自爆デモ」
反対デモはそれはそれでいいが、しかし、なんか雰囲気でやっているような気もしないでもない。

東京で数千だが数万だか、わからないが、しかし、原発反対！と叫ぶよりも、被災者救済！と叫んで国会の馬鹿議員宿舎の近くでもデモしたほうが個人的にはいいような気もするが。

電力会社側も、政府も、情報公開、原発避難者支援に消極的だったのも大きな要因であろう。とにかく収束まで時間がかかりすぎている。それで、被災者および一般国民に与える影響が大きくなった。あれをみて原発政策はあきらめたのだろうな、と私は思ったくらいである。

あほらしいが説明しておくと、デモの参加人数なんて報道はバラバラで、主催者発表なんて意味がない（たいてい誇大発表だから）。昔は「警察発表」を報道したが、最近は警察が発表しなくなったので公式の数字はない。要するに「しょぼい」デモだったという指摘に腹が立ってるんだろう。

また、主催者発表の人数も記事の最後に掲載していた。

現時点では、本文そのものを訂正しているようだが、履歴として、２００人という数を残しておいてもよかったかな、とも思う。
