お相撲さんみたい？手前どもはかれこれ一千万年ほどこの格好で、、、

これだけ長い羽が綺麗に一瞬でたたまれるのもすごい。
先端はどうやって、曲げ伸ばしするのだろうか？

Maybe you do not get it, but to me as a Japanese, it resembles a sumo wrestler. Knowing, they are the precedent, for tens of millions of years.

Like, how can they fold the long wing in a second? How can they extend the tip of the wing?

ハムシ

ハムシの仲間はとても敏感で、カメラを向けるとポロッと葉から落ちてしまうことが多い。木立の中で目をこらしていると黄色い虫がプンプン飛んでいるのに気づいた。止まったところに近づくとすぐに落ちたり飛んだりしてしまう。別の日に同じ場所に行くと捕まえることが出来た。涼しくなって動きが鈍くなったのかもしれない。また、少しの間連れて帰って撮らせてもらった。ウェブなどで調べてみたが種類はよくわからない。テントウムシの様でもある。

Chrisomeloidae are very sensitive. It takes off or just drops to the ground when we get close to it, so it is hard to find. As I watch inbetween trees, I noticed small yellow insects flying around but could never get close to it. Anothe day, I managed to catch one, probablly because the temperature went down so they got little slow. Again I took it home and took a close look.
It turned out it was not a Chrisomeloidae, but Coccinellidae, a kind of ladybug.
