North west part of the Sri Lanka
very close to the India.
I have already done south part of sri lankan coastline from Negombo to Kalmunai,and then I started to paddle again north part from Negombo.
On the east coast, it was very strong north east wind around 25mph or more everyday, so it's very hard to go up against, that's why I changed the direction again for the economical paddling.
I carried my kayak by local bus from Kalmunai to Negombo. It was funny experient.
