先日の特許庁非常勤試験で、勝手に英語で小論文を書け！という課題がでると勘違いしてました。
しかも「産業発展における特許の役割」というテーマで（山勘）。
試験直前対策として事前に英語で書いておいた小論文を覚えようとしていました。

On the other hand in Japan, strengthening patent protection policy will to push forward in, too, because Asia various country moves up technically.
In late years, technological innovation goes ahead through the field of information technology (IT) greatly, and there are many business chances. Electronics tool manufacturer supporting IT regards the patents of own company as important. They think technological innovation is a key to raise Japanese international competitiveness. So the roles of patent to protect it must becomes big.
It is wished that utilization a patent strategically. In other words, it puts patent technique to practical use, gets license income and become world standard. My instructor professor got patent charges of 100,000,000 yen order as well as scientific success about an electronics technology.
It is a problem over future patent puts new technique into a venture companies and ties business and technique in speedy. For patent office, it will be necessary to do a judgement quickly
