天才たちは味方を増やして敵も増やす

私は子供の頃は巨人ファンでした

と言うより少なくとも私の周りには巨人ファン以外の子供はいませんでした。

当然ですよね

ラジオもテレビも毎日巨人の放送以外は流しませんから

他のチームのファンになりようも無かったのです。

ところが大学生の頃起こった江川問題で

私の考えは180度変わりました。

当時法学部の学生でしたから

プロ野球の盟主である巨人が

規則の抜け穴を見つけてないがしろにする

しかも親会社の読売新聞はそれを擁護する立場に立って報道していましたから

今で言えばロシアの国営テレビみたいな物でした。

私はこの姿勢が許せなかったのです。

それ以来今に至るまで私はアンチ巨人です。

ただそんな私がバカにされたのに

なぜか納得した面白い言葉があります

それは

アンチ巨人も巨人ファンの内

です

今となっては誰が言ったか覚えてませんが

ナベツネさんの言葉でしたかね？

まぁそれはともかく

言ってる事は

アンチ巨人であっても

巨人が負けるの見たさでテレビを視たり球場に足を運んだりする訳ですから

営業の観点から見ればファンと全く一緒でそこに違いは無い

そう言ってる訳です。

まぁその通りですよね

球団からすればアンチ巨人であってもチケットを買ってくれるのであれば

会社の売り上げに貢献する訳ですから

有難いって事です。

自分が気づかなかった本質を

この言葉が見事に表してくれましたので

なぜか納得したのです。

で今

私は強烈なアンチトランプですが

実際にはトランプを利してるのでは？

って思う事はありますね。

毎日トランプの情報ばかり見ていますし

このブログでも良く書いてますよね。

まぁそれがどう利するのか？

って言われれば良く分かりませんが

このトランプさんのやり方をずっと見てると

意識して敵を作りまくってるように見えるのです。

周りが敵だらけになれば

支持者の結束が強まる

これが目的かも知れない

って感じてるのです。

実際に私も創業当時は

この地縁血縁の強い地域で

一人だけ沖縄出身者

って事で露骨な排除圧力に晒されました。

しかしそれが結果的には社員の結束につながり

逆に生き残る事ができたのです。

トランプは元々支持者は彼の妄言を疑わない人ばかりですから

論理より感情

これが有効だと思ってるのかも知れません。

まぁただ私の想像ですから

実際には彼の頭の中は知りようはありませんが

そんな訳で毎日トランプに記事を読んでる中で

最近元ロシアの高官で

第一次のトランプ政権の時に

このトランプさんとたくさん交渉して来た人物の言葉があって

これが私の中でしっくりきた

そんな話がありました。

その方曰く

トランプとの交渉は本当に難しいそうです

理由は？

それはトランプの集中力は１０分も持たないからだそうです。

１０分では自らの主張を説明できませんからね

ある意味人間では無く動物と交渉してるような物です。

この話で

ゼレンスキーとの会談失敗も理解できましたね。

トランプが不機嫌になる前に

ゼレンスキーは捕虜の写真を見せたり

これまでのプーチンとの外交にいかに努力して来たか

これを説明し始めましたよね

少しは聞いていましたが

トランプの性格を良く知ってるんでしょうね

バンスが口を挟むと

トランプは一気にキレました。

確かに集中力が続かないので

長々とした説明は嫌い

そんな事か本当の原因かも知れません。

しかし１０分しか集中力が続かないのに

良く大富豪になったり

あるいは大統領になったりできますよね。

実は私

このタイプをたくさん見て来ましたので

この集中力の欠如が

不動産の仕事では大変有利に働く

それが良く分かっています。

つまり

長く深く考えない

って事は

その利点として決断が速いのです。

ですから

トランプはどんどん不動産を買いまくる事が出来た

これは容易に想像がつきます

その意味では不動産の世界は特殊です。

アメリカにはイーロンマスクやジョブス

またビルゲイツやエジソンなど

たくさんの大富豪が生まれていますが

彼らはトランプとは真逆の人間です

つまり自閉症スペクトラムを疑われるほど集中力が高い人たちです。

製造業で成功する人は集中力が高く

不動産で成功する人は集中力が低い

こんな傾向は間違いなくあります。

日本でも不動産の世界では

元暴走族だった

なんて自慢話をする人が売り上げを伸ばしたりするのは

この構造があるためです。

ただ

ではトランプを見て

自分も集中力無いから

不動産の世界に入ろう

なんて思ったとしたら

断言します

止めた方が良いです。

このタイプは私が猪突猛進型

そう呼んでる人達です。

一時期ガンガン売り上げを伸ばしてるように見えますが

実際には儲かってる訳ではありません

借金が増えてるだけです。

ですから

風が吹いてる間は飛び続けますが

少しでも風が止めば落ちます。

こんな人が無数にいるのが不動産の世界です。

トランプですら

７回も破産しています

彼が日本の猪突猛進不動産屋と違うのは

その都度復活したからです。

これだけを見れば

本当に凄い人だと思います。

ただ

日本の不動産屋で自分もトランプになれるかも知れない

そう思ってる人がいるとしたらそれは間違いです。

アメリカと日本は失敗者に対する世間の対応が全く違うので

復活はほぼ無理です。

トランプが７回も破産したって事は

それだけ借金を踏み倒した

って事です。

アメリカはアメリカンドリームの国ですから

それも許されますが

日本社会はそれほど寛大ではありません。

借金を踏み倒した人間は

原則的には

小さくなって人生を終えるしか無いのです。

だから私の知り合いにもたくさんいますが

猪突猛進型は

最後は家族も友人も失い

知らない土地でアパート暮らしでひっそり人生を終えるのです。

毎日トランプの話ばかりですから

どうしても英雄化する人が出て来そうですが

こんな話も少し頭に入れると良いでしょう。

それにしても石破総理

トランプとあった時に

神に選ばれた大統領とかなんとか

胡麻をすりまくってましたが

見ていて恥ずかしくなりましたよね。

あんな者に胡麻を摺る暇があったら

もう脱アメリカ

これにまい進した方が良いです。

多分中国が攻めて来ても

アメリカは守ってくれませんから

早く嘉手納からも普天間からも出て行ってもらって

自分の国は自分で守る

その気概を持つべきでしょうね。

大体横須賀海軍基地も

嘉手納空軍基地も戦略基地ですからね

遠くまで出かけて行って攻撃する基地です。

ですから日本のためと言うより

世界のアメリカの権益のためにあるのです。

日本が守られないのであれば

元々基地を提供してやる義理もありません。

普天間からアメリカが出て行けば

辺野古はどうしますかね？

少年野球場には使えそうですね

でもどうなんでしょうね？

少子化ですからね

ヤンバルでチームを作れるくらいの子供たちがいますかね？

年寄りはたくさんいそうですからゲートボール場にしますか？

4000億円もかけたゲート場

私もゴルフを止めて駆け付けたいです。

修学旅行の平和学習に良いかも知れません

ダンプカーの前にハチ巻姿で立ちはだかるお年寄りたちの写真を飾って

命がけで辺野古が米軍基地になるのを阻止したとかなんとか・・

 

まぁ後世の人たちにいかに今の世代の指導者たちが愚かだったか

知らしめるには良いかもしれません。

 

 

 

 

I was a Giants fan when I was a child.

Or rather, at least there were no other teams’ fan at least around me

Anyway, what he's saying is that even if you're anti-Giants,

you still watch TV and go to the stadium to see the Giants lose,

so from a business perspective,

there's no difference between them and fans.

That's true, isn't it?

From the team's point of view,

if you buy a ticket even if you're anti-Giants,

it contributes to the company's sales,

so they're grateful.

These words perfectly expressed the essence of things I hadn't noticed,

So now, even though I'm a strong anti-Trump,

I sometimes wonder if I'm actually helping Trump.

I look at information about Trump every day,

and I often write about it on this blog.

Well, I don't really know how that helps him,

but when I've been watching Trump's methods,

it seems like he's consciously making enemies.

I feel that if he's surrounded by enemies,

it will strengthen the unity of his supporters,

and that may be his goal.

In fact, when I first started the company,

I was exposed to blatant pressure to be excluded because I was the only person from Okinawa in this area with strong local ties and blood ties.

However, this ultimately led to unity among the employees,

and we were able to survive.

Trump's supporters are all people who don't doubt his delusions,

so he may think that emotion is more effective than logic.

Well, this is just my imagination,

and there is no way to actually know what's going on in his head,

but as I read articles about Trump every day,

I recently heard a story from a former Russian high-ranking official who negotiated with Trump many times during the first Trump administration,

and it really resonated with me.

According to this person,

negotiating with Trump is really difficult.

Why?

It's because Trump can't concentrate for even 10 minutes.

They couldn’t their insistence in 10 minutes to Trump,

so in a sense

it's like negotiating with an animal, not a human being.

This story helped me understand why the meeting with Zelensky failed.

Before Trump got upset, Zelensky showed him pictures of prisoners and started explaining how much effort he has put into diplomacy with Putin.

Trump had listened it a little bit,

but I guess Vance knew Trump's personality well.

When Vance interjected,

Trump lost his temper.

It's true that he can't concentrate for long periods of time and doesn't like long explanations,

so that may be the real reason.

However, how can someone who can only concentrate for 10 minutes become a billionaire or even become president?

I've actually seen a lot of people like this,

so I know that this lack of concentration is a great advantage in the real estate business.

In other words, not thinking deeply for long periods of time has the advantage of being able to make decisions quickly.

So it's easy to imagine why Trump was able to buy so much real estate.

In that sense,

the real estate world is unique.

America has produced many billionaires,

such as Elon Musk, Jobs, Bill Gates, and Edison,

but they are the polar opposite of Trump.

In other words, t

hey have such high levels of concentration that they are suspected of being on the autism spectrum.

There is no doubt that people who succeed in manufacturing have high levels of concentration, while people who succeed in real estate have low levels of concentration.

This is the structure that allows people who boast about being former biker gang members to increase their sales in the real estate world in Japan.

However,

if you look at Trump and think that you can't concentrate either,

so you should enter the real estate world,

I can assure you that you should stop.

They may seem to be increasing their sales at a time,

but they are not actually making a profit.

Their debts are just increasing.

So, they will fly as long as the wind is blowing,

but if the wind stops even a little, they will fall.

There are countless people like this in the real estate world.

Even Trump has gone bankrupt seven times.

What makes him different from Japan's reckless real estate agents is that he has recovered each time.

Just looking at this,

I think he is a truly amazing person.

However, if there are any Japanese real estate agents who think that they too could become Trump, they are mistaken.

The way society treats failures is completely different in America and Japan,

so it is almost impossible to recover.

The fact that Trump has gone bankrupt seven times means that he has defaulted on his debts. America is the country of the American Dream,

so that is acceptable,

but Japanese society is not so tolerant

In principle, people who default on their debts have no choice to come back

That's why, as I know many people, reckless types end up losing their family and friends and ending their lives quietly in an apartment in an unfamiliar place.

Since there is so much talk about Trump every day,

it's inevitable that some people will heroize him,

but it's good to keep stories like this in mind.

 

When Prime Minister Ishiba met Trump, he flattered him by saying that he was the president chosen by God, and it was embarrassing to watch.

If he has time to flatter someone like that,

he should focus on getting out of the US.

If China attacks, the US probably won't protect us

So we should let America leave Kadena and Futenma quickly and have the determination to protect our own country.

After all, Yokosuka Naval Base and Kadena Air Base are strategic bases,

so they are bases that go far away and attack.

So they are there not for the sake of Japan, but for the sake of US interests around the world.

If Japan cannot be protected,

there is no obligation to provide the bases in the first place.

If the US leaves Futenma,

what will happen to Henoko?

It seems like it could be used as a little league baseball field,

but I wonder?

With the declining birthrate,

are there enough children in Yanbaru to form a team?

There seems to be a lot of elderly people,

so should we turn it into a gateball field?

The gate ball field which cost 400 billion yen

I want to stop playing golf and rush over there too.

It might be good for a peace study on school trips

They could put up pictures of old people in head wraps standing in front of a dump truck

and say

they risked their lives to stop Henoko from becoming a US military base or something...

 

Well, it might be good for future generations to know how foolish the current generation of leaders were.
