初めて耳にしましたね。

トランプの行動原理はそうやって説明がつくそうです。

意味は

頭がおかしくなったふりをして周りに危機感を与えて

腰が重い人たちを動かす

今回のウクライナ戦争で言えば

事実でないメチャクチャな言葉を連発する事によって

お金を出すのを躊躇してるヨーロッパの指導者たちに危機感と恐怖を植え付けて

それによって行動を促す

って事だそうです。

そしてそれが見事に功を奏してる

マッドマンセオリーを通してみれば

そんな結論になるのです。

日本のマスコミは

トランプの発言をそのまま捉えて

ロシア寄りだとか

ウクライナを見捨てるとか

そんな話に終始しますが

実際にはトランプは

今回の戦争は

西側が結束して本気でロシアを倒しに行かないと勝てない

それが分かっていて

欧州の国々は直接自国の安全にかかわるのに

相変わらずアメリカ頼りの甘ったれた姿勢ですから

ケツに火をつけてる

そんな目的が見えてきます。

実際に最初は無理難題に見えた

ＮＡＴＯの加盟国の防衛費をＧＤＰの5％にするって話

これが今は徐々に受け入れる国が出て来ています。

トランプのマッドセオリーが無ければ

多分2％の目標達成でも実現できない国がある

って事になっていましたから

ロシアに負けるのは既定路線

だったって事にもなります。

まぁ本当にそうだとすれば

トランプは天才かも知れませんね

キチガイを演じて目的を達成するなんて

だからビジネスでもそれを駆使して巨万の富が築けたのかも知れません。

この話を聞いて

日本でも真似しようなんて人が出て来そうですね。

特に不動産屋の中にはそれをやって同じように大富豪になろう

って考えが出て来るかも知れません。

ただこのトランプのやり方

日本では通用しないと思いますね。

キチガイを演じるのは見たことがありませんが

同業者でほぼキチガイって人はたくさん見て来ましたので

断言できます。

このスタイルは日本で相手にされません。

日本人は理屈が通らない話を

怒鳴り散らかして思い通りにする

なんて人は基本的に相手にされないのです。

私は若い頃から不動産の世界でそれをたくさん見て来ました。

それでも私が若い頃は

まだ戦後の混乱の名残がありましたから

そんな人でも少しだけ通用してた

ってのも目にしましたが

残念ながら時代の進化とともに

このスタイルのお父さんたちは

悉く消えて行きました。

世界では通用して一番大きな国の大統領になれるのに

日本ではダメ

まぁそれだけ日本は特殊な国

って事だと思います。

特殊と言うより優れてる

そう考えてプライドを保った方が良いかも知れません。

ですから

マッドセオリーは知識として持つのは良いですが

日本では絶対にそれを使わないように

って話です。

ただビジネスでは通用しませんが

家庭では日本でも通用してるのは良く目にしますね。

気の強い奥さんと大人しいご主人のカップル

今でも健在です。

不動産屋でも夫婦経営では良く目にします。

気の強い奥さん専務と

気の弱いご主人社長

まぁそれで成り立てば周りがとやかく言う事でもありませんが

私自身は開業した時に

絶対にそんな会社にはしない

そう強く心に誓いました。

だから私の家族は誰ひとり会社にはいないのです。

感情を爆発させて理屈が通らない無理を押し付ける人に支配される位なら

宇宙の果てまで逃げて行きます。

アメリカ国民でなくて良かった

最近はそんな思いも湧いてきます。

take Trump's words literally and keep talking about how he is pro-Russia and abandoning Ukraine,

but in reality,

Trump knows that this war cannot be won unless the West unites

and European countries are still relying on America in a spoiled manner,

even though it is directly related to their own national security,

so you can see that he is kicking European leaders ass

In fact, at first it seemed impossible to achieve the idea of ​​increasing NATO member states' defense spending to 5% of GDP,

but now more and more countries are gradually accepting this.

Without Trump's mad theory,

there would probably have been countries that could not even achieve the 2% target,

If that's really the case,

Trump may be a genius,

However, I don't think Trump's approach would work in Japan.

I've never seen person who pretend crazy

but I've seen many people in the real estate industry who are practically nutcases,

so I can say this with confidence.

This style is not taken seriously in Japan.

Japanese people generally don't take people who yell illogical things and get their way.

I've seen a lot of this in the real estate world since I was young.

Even so,

when I was young, there were still vestiges of post-war chaos,

so I saw people like that get by a little,

but unfortunately as times have changed, guys with this style have all disappeared.

It works in the world and you can become the president of the biggest country,

but it doesn't work in Japan. Well,

I think that just shows how special Japan is.

It's better to think of it as superior rather than special,

and maintain your pride in that way.

So, it's good to have mad theories as knowledge,

but never use them in Japan.

However, it doesn't work in business,

but you often see it in Japan at home.

Couples with a strong wife and a quiet husband and vice versa still exist today.

You often see real estate companies run by couples.

A strong wife is the managing director and a timid husband is the president.

Well, if that works,

it's not something people have to say,

but when I started my own company,

I made a strong promise to myself that I would never make it that way.

That's why none of my family members are in the company.

I would rather run to the ends of the universe than be ruled by people who explode with emotion and force unreasonable demands that don't make sense.

I'm glad I'm not an American citizen.
