ホイアンは、食べ物がとってもおいしい！！
ベトナムでめぐった街のなかで、一番ヒットかもしれない。

一杯30000−40000ドンくらい、２００円くらいかな？なんとも安いのである。
↓Moon Festivalなので、夜ホテルでイベントしますと支配人が挨拶にやってきた
ホテルの従業員はみんな親切でフレンドリーで、徹底した観光のための研修がなされているなと感心。とてもいい宿だったし、マッサージも抜群だったので、また泊まりたいかな。

結局、観光は「日本橋」に行っただけで、食べる時に外出する以外はずーっと部屋にこもっていたのである。
Motherhood at War の本は、本当に仕上がるのだろうか・・・・混乱を極めてるのである。さらに「歴史を構造化する必要性」だとかむつかしいアドバイスを受け、うーん、あんまりむつかしいこと考えずにとりあえず女性の声をまとめたい（のにそれすらちゃんとできない・・・）
考えてみたら、数名の女性に焦点をあてて、物語を展開したほうがよかった・・・途中で手法をがらって変えたのだ。いずれにしても、カナダでインタビューしたエラは、何度も登場する。最後の締めくくりにも彼女の言葉を引用させてもらった。

本は、引き続きなんとかがんばるとして、とりあえず来週末からのCHILDHOOD AT WARの調査票ができたので、それはよかったかな。学生たち、基礎トレーニングで宿題としてクメールルージュ時代の子供達にインタビューしてもらったら、７人が子ども兵にインタビューしていて、「少年兵の定義をしておかないと・・」ってあわてたわたし。まあ、たぶん、本人が「少年兵だった」って言ってる人は問題なくて、少年兵だったと思わずに兵士とさせられた人にも会うだろうと思うのだ。
The definition of ‘child soldier’ that was adopted reads: A child soldier is “any person under 18 years of age who is part of any kind of regular or irregular armed force or armed group in any capacity, including but not limited to cooks, porters, messengers, and anyone accompanying such groups, other than family members. The definition includes girls recruited for sexual purposes and forced marriage.” Thus, ‘child soldier’ does not only refer to a child who is carrying or has carried weapons. The definition is intentionally broad so as to extend protection to as many children as possible and to ensure their inclusion in demobilization and reintegration programmes.
