筋トレで受けた肩の痛みが昨年11月から長続きしているので鍼治療を受けてみた。
鍼治療というと、もう15年以上も前になるが当時の自転車チーム仲間から教わった
喘息改善に効果のある鍼治療をやってる船橋にある鍼灸院に全5回通って、効果を
実感した（そこから発症していない）成功体験があるので今回も期待した。
今回はまだ1回しか受けていないが、相変わらず左肩は痛いままだ。
鍼10本で3300円、保険は使えない。継続するかが悩ましい。
I have had pain that got damaged by hard wokout around my shoulder for over 4 months.
Last Saturday, I got an acupuncture treatment, I got 10 needles from shoulder to forearm.
But it didn't work well. It still harts. The staff said the needles' depth were 1.5～2 centimeters.
I heard that the aftereffect of Covid is called "Long Covid".
In my case, I've had cough for three weeks.
コロナ後遺症のことを ”Long Covid" というらしい。
自分の場合は、咳が３週間たっても治らない。。
元々、気管支炎の基礎疾患があるせいだろうか。。
I have had a pain in my left ear since I got up in the morning
on Tuesday and I have a high fever of 38 degrees.
Although I got testing for the flu and covid-19, those results
were negative. Then why?
I had bloody stools last Friday again after the last time.
Unfortunately,since the year end party would be planned
on that day, I felt feeling down.
Today, I went to see a doctor, and he examined my anus.
He told me that I may had a haemorrhoids.
I have had been recurring internal bleeding on my forearms
since about a year. I went to the hospital to see a doctor to ask
the result of the blood test I got last week.
After all there was nothing unusual regarding the factor causing
hemophilia. Then why... Because of my age？
