昨日から、ブラジルは ヒオデジャネイロ（Rio de Janeiro）で Rio+20（国連持続可能な開発会議：United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development）という会議の本会議が始まった。

議長案は「グリーン経済は、持続可能な開発を実現するための重要な手段の一つ」としたが、開幕までの合意を優先し、具体的な施策への言及を避けた。
このほか、地球環境保全のために国際社会が達成すべき新たな数値目標「持続可能な開発目標（ＳＤＧｓ）」を２０１５年までに策定することが盛り込まれたが、対象となる項目の具体化は先送りされた。
