というのも、昨日の夜八時ごろから Gaza 地区にある発電所が燃料切れで稼動停止に追い込まれたからだとか。
この状況を（Hamas と対立してる）PA も見過ごすわけにはいかず、イスラエル側に Gaza 地区の封鎖を解くことを求めたとか。
Palestine Energy Authority の最高責任者である Omar Kittaneh 氏は、この状況についてイスラエルの責任だと述べている。

そういえばイスラエルは、去年10月頃から Gaza 地区への物資移動を制限してたんだよな。
Gaza 地区からロケット弾による攻撃を受けたことへの報復として・・・。
結果、Gaza 地区では物資の欠乏が長く続くハメになって大変な事態になったんだよな。
さらに、先週には Gaza 地区へイスラエル軍が乗り込んで住民を殺害してるんだよな。
そこへもって、今回の燃料・食糧供給停止。
元々、Gaza 地区の水道をコントロールしてたのはイスラエル側。
Gaza 地区への出入りを監視するのもイスラエル。
