エレママ 男前 室伏広治選手がちょっと気になるわたくし

　こんにちは、櫻井マリアです。
「ねぇ、パパ、ハンマー投げ選手の室伏広治選手って男前よね」（マリア）
「うん。本当に。頭もいいらしい」（パパ）「男前なのに、俺ってカッコイイんだぜ～っていう空気が漂っていなくて、いいわ」（マリア）
室伏広治選手とは、同じ人間とは思えないドラちゃんことパパの前で、わたくしも配慮のない発言を繰り返す毎日（笑）
パパって寛大なの（ある意味鈍感なのか・・・隠れて耐えているのか・・・笑）。
マリアの他愛のない話にも、うん、うんって共感してくれるから、好きよ

でも、そもそも、室伏広治選手と自分を同じ土俵で考える人の方が珍しいのかもしれません。（笑）

ハンマー投げって、室伏選手がいなければ、一般人にはほとんど注目されることのない種目だったと思うの。
彼の業績とか、ルックスとか全てがハンマー投げの世界に貢献しているわよね
先日テレビを見ていて、室伏選手の練習風景が映っていました・・・・
恐ろしく孤独な練習・・・誰の声援もなく、ひたすら一人でハンマーを投げて、グラウンドの整備をして、筋トレして・・・・愕然としました。

「ハンマー投げって何て暗いスポーツなんだろう」（パパ）
「これに耐えられる人間がいることに驚いたわ」（マリア）

　明らかに俺ってカッコいいだろう～なんてチャラチャラしている人間にできるスポーツなんかではありません。
「自分と向き合うにはもってこいのスポーツです」（室伏選手）

そうね・・・自分と向き合うしかない。彼が修行僧のようなオーラを放っている所以だわね。
スポーツでは結果が全てと言い切る選手も多いように思うのですが、彼はプロセスこそ大事・・・とはっきり言っています。
仲間のドーピング発覚で繰り上げの金メダル（アテネオリンピック）、そして、またしても繰り上げの銅メダル（北京オリンピック）だった室伏選手。その思いがいかに複雑なものなのかを、わたくしも共有できたように思いました。

　35歳の今も次のロンドンオリンピックに向けて練習を始めているとのこと。
　成功者の努力に終わりはないのね。
「努力しつづけることも才能のうち」その言葉が頭の中を巡っていました。

　室伏選手の生き方に感動したわたくし・・・
パパには悪いけれど・・・・本物の男前にちょっぴり胸キュンでした。

エレママ マダムの秘密・・・お手伝いさん事情

　こんにちは、櫻井マリアです。
「この、引き出しは開けても、いいですか？？見られてまずいもの入ってませんか？」（お手伝いさん）
「いつも言っているけど、大丈夫よ。わたくしに秘密なんてありませんものおホホ」（マリア）

　でも、きっと・・これ、見られたらまずいでしょ・・って思いながら、黙々と作業をしているお手伝いさん。分かるわ。
ラクダ色のお下着しか見たことがなかったら、わたくしのコレクションは衝撃的でしょうから・・・キレイなお下着って、時にエロチックだったりするでしょ？
でもね、平気になってしまえば、案外、何を見られても平気になってしまうものです（笑）
わくしに見られてまずい物があるというわけではありませんけど、義母ことワイルド姑にはやっぱり見られたくないわね（笑）

「お手伝いさんがいて、いいわよね」ってよくいわれるのですが・・・
いいことばかりじゃなくってよ。よその人に家の中に入ってもらうというのは意外と大変なの
家族同然なの？？というご質問を受けることもありますが・・・逆に言うと、家族同然になれる人でないと続けて来てもらうことって難しいのよね。

　一昔前ならいざ知らず、今はお手伝いさんを探すのは一苦労。
　家事は一番、人気のない仕事内容のようです。その上、信用できる人材を探すなんて本当に至難の業

いつ、物が盗まれるかも分からないし、よそで、あれこれ家庭の事情を喋るかもしれない・・・わたくしが出かけている時に子供に虐待するともかぎらない・・・
いい人だと信用しきっていたら、とんでもない目にあうなんてことも。

心配しだしたらキリがないほど・・・（それでも、三人の子供を満足いくように育てるためには、わたくしのような、抜けているママには絶対必要な存在なのです。）

お手伝いさんを雇うって意外と神経使うのよ
今のお手伝いさんは本当に良い方で、子供が大好きで助かっています。
おまけに、余計なことは言わない・聞かない主義で賢い女性。（ありがとう～）
半ボケなところもいい感じ・・・笑（ご興味のある方は半ボケお手伝いさんシリーズ是非、読んで下さいね）
でも、気をつけないといけませんわね。いくら半ボケでも、お下着の色だけはハッキリ覚えていたりして・・・まぁ、冗談ですけど（笑）
　
どんな事も当たり前でないと思って暮らすこと。感謝の気持ちを忘れずにいること。そして、その思いは必ず口に出して伝えること・・・時々、忘れそうになるけれど、心からの「ありがとう」でわたくしたちの毎日はもっとステキになるはずわたくしも心からお手伝いさんに、ありがとうと伝えたいです。

エレママ 微妙な嫁・姑関係 上手くお付き合いする方法

　こんにちは、櫻井マリアです。皆さま～今日もご機嫌よろしくて？

わたくしの義母ことワイルド姑へのカードの決まリ文句は「いつまでもお元気で・・おすこやかにお過ごしくださいませ」
その言葉通り・・・元気モリモリで、本日もゴルフに出かけている模様。

結婚したての頃はもっと激しい感じに元気でしたが、年月とともに穏やかなものへと変わってきました。
「将来、もしものことがあったら、まさかほったらかしにしないでしょうね」が最近は挨拶変わり。

これにアルコールが加わると、
「子供、四人育てたあげく、息子は嫁にとられて・・私の人生なんだったんだろう・・・」
に、繰り返す言葉は変化し、時間の経過とともにウソ泣きらしきものも加わって・・・
取り扱いが困難をきわめます（苦笑）
どんな事があっても
「はぁ・・・・・」とだけお返事するのが、わたくしのお約束よ。噛みつかれないようにノラリクラリ・・・苦しい護身術（笑）ですが結構うまくいってます
本当はね
「パパはいつでも、おリボンつけて、スペシャル・ラッピングでお返しいたしますわよ。」とお返事したいんですけれど（笑）。

そもそも、子供は自分の持ちものではないでしょ。
とったとか、とられたとかって・・・なんだかね。
息子と結婚してくれて、ありがとう・・・という思いがあれば、だれもワイルド姑を粗末にすることはないわ。
感謝の気持ちが無ければ、出てくる言葉は文句。
同じ繰り返すなら、感謝の言葉にしたなら、どんなにお互い気持ちいいかしら・・・ね。

「なるべく子供たちには迷惑はかけないつもりだけど、面倒見てくれないと困るからね」（ワイルド姑）
いえいえ、今でも十分迷惑かかってますから（笑）・・・先のことはお気になさらないで・・・（苦笑）
ひとまずお帰りいただくのが、一番迷惑じゃないんですけど（汗）
言いたいけど言えないわたくし。気が弱いの・・・

　ワイルド姑がますますお元気でゴルフに・・・海外旅行に・・・ジャンジャンお出かけになっていただけたら、わたくしも幸せ。なるべく遠いところなら、なおよろしいですわね。おホホ・・・・
　嫁・姑の良好な関係はほど良い距離感と感謝の気持ちがキモ
　お姑さんと楽しくお付き合いできるようがんばりましょ！

エレママ キレイをお約束（３）失敗したパパ・ヨーグルト

　こんにちは、櫻井マリアです。ヨーグルト教総本部（）　櫻井家では日々、カスピ海ヨーグルト狂（笑）のわたくしがヨーグルトを作ることが日課。牛乳パックをガバッと開いて、我が家ではフジっ子のカスピ海ヨーグルトをスプーンですくって、中に放り込み、グルグルかきまぜて、ふたをして室温においておくだけ。簡単でも、ちょっとしたコツが実はあるのよね

「マリアさん！今日は僕にまかせて！」（パパ）「うれしいわ。じゃ作っておいてね」（マリア）
そして・・・翌日
「もう、パパったら全然ヨーグルトになっていませんわよ」（マリア）
「おかしいな」（パパ）
「いつもと様子が違うわ・・・どうして？」（マリア）
「牛乳パックにスプーン一杯のカスピ海ヨーグルトいれたけど」（パパ）
「あぁ、もしかして、この小さいスプーンでいれたんじゃないの？」（マリア）

　そうそう、ヨーグルトだってなれない人が作ると失敗するのよね。
わたくしなんて、いつ作っても失敗しらずなのにね。
「ヨーグルトの種が少なすぎると、うまく作れないのよ。
スプーン大さじ一杯は、料理用の大匙ではなく、本当に大きいスプーンっていう意味よ。」（マリア）

まぁ目安としては、牛乳の一割程度のヨーグルト菌
（ここではカスピ海ヨーグルト）をいれると、間違いなく美味しいヨーグルトが出来上がります。（１リットルの牛乳にたいしては70～100CC使うとよいでしょう）

大きい牛乳パックだと、やはり少し多目ののほうがいいわね種をいれると、あふれてしまいそうになるので、少し使ってからいれるとうまくいきます。


「失敗ヨーグルト、このまま、ほっておこうか。いつかヨーグルトになるかも」（哀愁漂うパパ）
「そうね・・・時間がたてばきっとヨーグルトらしくなるわ」（気分は聖母マリア！？）

ということで・・・ほっておくことに。
「やったぁ、ヨーグルトらしくなっている」（パパ）
「でもね、パパ、本当はヨーグルトは一気に発酵させる方がいいのよ。こうして常温で置いておく時間が長くなるってことは、他の雑菌も増えるってことでしょ」（マリア）「なるほど」（パパ）

ヨーグルトがうまく出来ない時は、種の量を少し増やしてみたり・・・お部屋の温かい場所に移動させてみたり・・・ということでほぼ解決できますわよ。みなさまも、お試しになってみて・・・

キレイにカスピ海ヨーグルトが出来上がったら、頂く前に、真ん中あたりのヨーグルトをすくってとっておくと、次回の種として使えます。お味が変わってきたら、もう種の変え時なので、新しいヨーグルトを使ってね。

まぁ、こんな時間。お名残りおしいですけれど・・・きょうはこのへんで。
