今日は僕のお気に入りの一枚をご紹介です！

ナポリのシャツ専業メーカーBARBAになります！
（今では、シャツ以外にジャケットなども手掛けておりますが、やはりシャツは絶品だと思います）
ナポリではシャツは第二の皮膚と呼ばれており、シャツ作りの上手いメーカーも多いですが、其の中でも

In Naples, shirts are called the second skin, and there are many manufacturers who are good at making shirts.
こちらのBARBAは、立体的な作りで本当に着心地も最高なんです。
クラシコ好きの方以外にも本当に着て欲しい一枚ですね。
素材は張り腰の有る麻100％でマドラスチェックなんです。
この素材感でこの雰囲気ならアメトラ好きの方もお気に召して頂けるのではないでしょうか！

This BARBA has a three-dimensional construction and is extremely comfortable to wear.
I would really like people other than those who like classic style to wear this piece.
The material is 100% firm linen with a madras check.
With this texture and feel, I think fans of American traditional style will also like it!

ボタンダウンで仕立てて頂きました。
このクルリとロールする独特のお襟などもBARBA特有ですね。
今回は前立ても作って頂きまして、パッと見はアメトラな雰囲気も漂わせておりますね。
It was tailored with buttons down.
The unique rolled collar is something you'd expect from BARBA.
This time, they also made a placket, so at first glance it has an American traditional feel.
そして背中にもアメトラ王道のセンターボックスを採用しております。
これならパッと見はアメトラなブランドのシャツかな？と思わせますよね。
しかし、どこか違うよね？と思わせる別注が好きな僕なんです。
着心地などは着用されている御本人しか味わえない事なんですが、
その着心地のギミックの一つが、
The back also features a classic American traditional center box.
At first glance, this makes you think it's a shirt from an American traditional brand, right?
But there's something different about it, right? I like custom orders that make you think that.
The comfort of the garment can only be experienced by the person wearing it,
but one of the gimmicks behind the comfort is,
熟練の職人さんの手仕事に依るいせ込みなんです。
身頃よりアームホールの肩の山部分を大きく裁断しまして職人さんが手仕事でいせ込みを入れて縫製しておりますので
肩の可動域などが広くて腕が違和感なく自由自在に動かせるのです。
これは洗濯をされますと麻素材と云う事もあってよりいせ込みが際立ちますね。
シャツ好きさんなら必ず気づいてしまうギミックですね。
The gussets are made by hand by experienced craftsmen.
The shoulder crests of the armholes are cut large from the body, and then craftsmen sew the gussets in by hand,
which allows for a wide range of motion in the shoulders and allows the arms to move freely without any discomfort.
The gussets become even more pronounced after washing, probably because the shirt is made of linen.
This is a gimmick that shirt lovers will definitely notice.
それから身頃は見頃で縫製しましてお袖はお袖で縫製しまして、此の様に前振りに成る様に捻って縫製しております。
これで依り腕の可動域も広がって訳なんです。
通常のシャツなら身頃からお袖まで一気に縫い上げてしまうのですが、手間暇掛けて立体的な物作りを為されていますね。
The body is then sewn together and the sleeves are sewn together, and then twisted and sewn so that they flare out like this.
This allows for a greater range of motion for the arms.
With a normal shirt, the body and sleeves would be sewn together in one go, but this shirt takes a lot of time and effort to create a three-dimensional item.
そして脇裾のガゼットなども手縫いになります。
前身頃と後ろ身頃を別々に縫い上げまして最後に脇を縫いますので、脇裾の部分が断ち切りになりますので、
此のガゼットが必要不可欠となる訳なんです。
重要な箇所は、熟練の職人さんの手の温もりが感じられますね。
着用時にボタンの掛け易さに気づいて頂けると思います。
The gussets at the side hems are also hand-sewn.
The front and back pieces are sewn separately and the sides are sewn last, so the side hems are raw and therefore
the gussets are essential.
You can feel the warmth of the skilled craftsmen's hands in the important parts.
You'll notice how easy it is to button the garment when you wear it.
こちらも鳥足で手縫いで付けられております。
ボタンも最上級の白蝶貝ボタンを採用しておりますので、一つ一つ自然の持ち味を表現されておりますね。
These are also hand-sewn with goose feet.
The buttons are also made from the highest quality white mother-of-pearl, so each and every one expresses its natural charm.
根巻きでボタンも付けており、立体的にボタンが付いておりますので、掛け外しが本当にスムーズに行えますね。
上質な麻素材にここまで手間暇を掛けました縫製になりますので、お値段は張りますが、決して高い買い物じゃない
と思いますね。

The buttons are attached with a three-dimensional design, so it's really easy to put on and take off.
It's made of high-quality linen and is sewn with great care, so it's expensive, but I don't think it's too expensive.
