At the general meeting of the Central Committee of the WPK from Dec. 23 to 27 in N. Korea, parsonnel affairs were fixed that Kwon Song-hwan and Kim Yong-sik were appointed as new ministers for resources development and commerce respectively, and Kim Jong-gwan was named vice premier of the cabinet.
On Dec. 29, the madia in S. Korea (* the KCNA) reported so.
It seems to aim to activate trade with Russia by renewal of economic ministers.
