お返しに N-先生と2人 年寄りで大して飲めないが 多少也とも 売り上げに貢献したく出かけた
3)料理人は 調理師の専門学校から 下働きの見習い そして 板前 と言う
徒弟制度の 時代は 終わりつつ あるのかも しれない
可愛い女の子と 彼の2人で 切り盛りする 小さな店だが 時代に合ってるのか流行ってる
4)老いては子に従えだ 旨い酒と 旨いつまみを 少しだけ 女性同士が
楽しめる場所を 用意するのが 今の酒屋（吞み屋）の生き方なのだろう

It's a small bar run by a cute girl and him, but I guess it fits the times.
