英語学校で提供予定のレッスンの種類のお知らせ

Today, I'd like to write about lessons at my English school.

There are some curriculum and a lot of lessons I've made so far since I came back from Canada.
Currently, the lessons I'm thinking about offering at my English school are such as...
・Skill-Up course
(Grammar based lesson but its purpose is communicating in English with accurate grammar)
・Conversation course
(Students talk about a wide variety of conversation topics and its purpose is to build confidence and get used to verbal communicating in English)
・TOEIC course
(Its aim is to get a higher TOEIC score + communication skills which should match his/her TOEIC score)
・Travel English course
(This is a good course for those who want to go and enjoy abroad trip!)
・Business English course
(If you want to use English in business situations, try this course. This course might help you)
・Elementary school (Eiken & conversation) course *starts from next April
(From next April starts. This course's aim is trying to pass Eiken grade 4&5. Also, students are used to English communication)
The next time I have a chance to write about my English lessons, I'll let you know more details.

カナダから帰国して以来、いろいろなレッスンならびにカリキュラムを作成してきましたが、現在自分の英語学校で提供予定のレッスンは以下のものを予定しています。

・Skill-Up course
(英語の文法をベースにレッスンをしていきますが、あくまでも正確な英語によるコミュニケーションを目的にしています)

・Conversation course
(いろいろな会話のトピックを通し、英語でのコミュニケーションに慣れ、自信を持ってもらうことを目的としています)

・TOEIC course
(TOEICの得点アップを狙うことに加え、TOEICスコアに見合ったコミュニケーション能力の基礎を養うことを目的にしています)

・Travel English course
(海外旅行をより楽しみたい方、もしくは海外旅行に不安がある方向けのコースです)

・Business English course
(ビジネスの状況で英語を使いたい方向けのコースです)

・Elementary school (Eiken & conversation) course *starts from next April
(この小学校５・６年生を対象としたコースでは、英検４級または５級取得を目標に、英語コミュニケーションの楽しさも学んでいくコースです＊来年４月開講予定）

また次回、英語学校で提供するレッスンについて書くことがありましたら、その時に詳細をお知らせしたいと思います。

英語学校のオープンに向けての窓掃除

Hello, how are you spending time this three-day weekend?
Yesterday, after I taught English to kids at Junkudo in Shibuya in the morning, I came back and cleaned the windows.
It's because the windows face the very busy road, they were very dirty.
However, my family and relative helped me wipe them again and again!!
Now, thanks to their help, it looks much cleaner and better!!
There are still some points to clean up and organize, so I will do one by one!

本日は“英語学校のオープンに向けての窓掃除”です。

昨日、渋谷のジュンク堂書店で隔週の日曜に行っている子供対象の英語レッスンをしてきた後、田町の英語学校に戻り、窓掃除をしました。

英語学校側の窓はとても交通量の多い道路に面していることもあり、かなり汚れていましたが、家族と親戚が一生懸命に拭いてくれたことで、かなりきれいになりました。（ありがとうございました）

英語学校に関して、まだまだ整理整頓する部分があるので、少しずつ手をつけていきたいと思います！！

英語学校・英語環境カフェのカウンター設置

Good morning and thank you for visiting to this blog!!
Today, I’ll write about a reception desk which was set the other day.
Last Friday, a reception desk (for English school) / counter (for English environment cafe) was delivered and set.
After it was set, the place looked so much different!
I mean the place looks more like English school and cafe.
Now almost all of the construction (interior decoration) is done and what I need to do is to check what is necessary for the place.
I'll take care of it a little by little.

本日は“英語学校・英語環境カフェのカウンター設置”です。

先週の金曜日、英語学校・英語環境カフェ用のカウンターが設置されました。

カウンターが設置される前と後とでは、景色が全く違い、カウンター設置後の今では、英語学校・英語環境カフェらしい場所になってきました。

カウンター設置により内装工事もほとんど終わり、内装に関してするべきことは、最終的に必要な物をチェックし揃える段階になりました。

今日も１つずつ準備をすすめていきたいと思います。

英語学校オープン日のお知らせ

How are you doing?
Thank you so much for your time to read this blog!
Today, I'd like to announce my English school's opening day.
I've been thinking about my English school's opening day for a long time and I finally decided the day.
It's October 1st (Saturday).
I have exactly 2 weeks to go and I still have some things to do.
I'll update what is going on at English Plus on this blog!

長らく、英語学校オープン日を考えてきましたが、日にちが決まりましたのでお知らせしたいと思います。

英語学校(English Plus)のオープン日は１０月１日（土曜日）です。

今日から数えますと、ちょうど２週間となります。

まだまだやるべきこと・片付けるべきことはありますが、準備の様子など、このブログで徐々にお知らせしたいと思います。

英語環境カフェの営業ための保健所への書類提出

Good morning and thank you for checking out this blog!
Today, I'd like to write about yesterday's event.
Yesterday I went to a health center in Minato Ward in order to submit some documents to run my English environment cafe.
The document itself was accepted without problem and I made a reservation to get the kitchen checked next week.
After they check my facility and say okay, I can get the permission to run my English environment cafe!
My English school and English environment cafe is almost getting ready but I still have a lot of things to do so I'll take care of them one by one!!

本日は“英語環境カフェの営業のための保健所への書類提出”です。

昨日、港区の保健所へ英語環境カフェ営業のための許可申請書類を提出しに行ってきました。

書類は問題なく受理してもらえ、来週の施設チェックの予約をしてもらうことができました。

来週、施設をチェックしてもらいOKがでましたら、英語環境カフェの営業スタートができます！

英語学校・英語環境カフェ共に営業スタートに向け着々と準備ができつつあります。

が、自分個人として、まだまだやらなければいけないこともあるので、１つ１つこなしていきたいと思います！！

日本語訳は“恐れるより希望を持ち、食べるよりもっと噛み、めそめそするよりもっと呼吸をし、お喋りをするより気持ちを言葉にし、もっと愛せば、すべての良いことはあなたのものになる”というような意味です。

英語学校の英語環境カフェの紹介

Good morning and thank you for your time to read this blog!
Today, I'd like to write about English school's cafe space.
Since I started thinking about having my own English school, I wanted to have a space for not only relaxing but also using more English.
So, I decided to have a cafe space, whose environment is English.
English environment cafe is not really a space to teach & learn English (like English school) but a space where people can listen to English, speak English with each other or with staff members, read English books, and write (study) English.
Basically, the concept of the English environment cafe is "Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing" which are very important when communicating in English.
I'm still not sure how it'll work but I'm thinking about doing some English activities, such as games, events and so on at the cafe.
It's a very cozy place and really relaxing.
Anyone not only my English school students can use this cafe, so if you have a chance, please visit the English environment cafe!!

本日は“英語学校の英語環境カフェの紹介”です。

自分自身で英語学校を始めてみようと思い立った時から、“リラックスできるスペース”＋“もっと英語を使ってもらえる場所”が欲しかったこともあり、ふと思ったのは英語環境のカフェすなわち“英語環境カフェ”として英語学校に付けるアイディアでした。

英語環境カフェは英語学校のように“英語を教える・学ぶ”場所ではなく、あくまでも“英語に触れて・使える”場所としての機能を考えています。

もう少し詳しく“英語に触れて・使える”の例を挙げますと、英語環境カフェでは英語（音楽を含む）が聞ける場所、英語を話しても恥ずかしくない場所、英語の本・雑誌が読める場所、英語の勉強ができる場所、すなわち英語コミュニケーションの基礎となるListening, Speaking, Reading, Writingの４つの技能をコンセプトとしています。

上手くいくかどうかはわかりませんが、現在は英語環境カフェでの様々な英語でのアクティビティ（英語を使ったゲームやイベントなど）を思案中です。

英語環境カフェのスペースは小さいですが、とてもリラックスできるスペースでもあります。

英語学校の生徒の方以外の一般の方も、この英語環境カフェを利用できますので、機会があれば是非、足をお運びください！

英語学校の看板遂に設置

Today, I’ll write about a sign which was put up yesterday.

Last Wednesday with my family's help, I was able to put up a sticker sign for my English school, and yesterday, another sign for my English school was put up!!
The place was a little high so I needed the professional's help to put it up.
Since the sign arrived, I’ve wanted to see it put up and finally the day came!!
I truly appreciate some people who have been involved in my sign.
Now, I can take another step!!

先週の水曜日、家族の協力のもと英語学校のステッカータイプの看板を貼ることができましたが、もう一つの看板も昨日掲げることができました。

看板設置場所が少し高い場所にあったため、プロの方のヘルプが必要でしたが、無事掲げられました。

看板が到着してから、看板を掲げるのを楽しみにしていただけにとても嬉しく思います！！

今回の看板に関わる仕事に関わっていただいた全ての皆様に感謝します。
ありがとうございました。

英語学校スタートに向けた家族＆親戚＆友人のヘルプ

Good morning and thank you for your checking out this blog!
How did you enjoy your weekend?
This past weekend, some of my family, relatives and friends came to my English school place and helped me build some furniture, clean the windows, and so on.
Their help was so fantastic that the work I was supposed to do by myself was done in such a short time!!
Basically, I was planning to make 8 chairs for English school, 2 comfortable chairs and 2 desks for self-study, and so on.
I really appreciate their help!
Today, I'll just do what I couldn't do yesterday!

本日は“英語学校スタートに向けた家族＆親戚＆友人のヘルプ”です。

週末はどのようにお過ごしだったでしょうか？

自分の週末はと言いますと、家族・親戚・友人が英語学校の場所に来てくれて、家具の組み立てや窓拭きなど、英語学校スタートに向けた準備の手伝いをしてくれました。

家族・親戚・友人のヘルプは絶大で、自分一人でやろうとしていた仕事が本当に短時間で終わらすことができました！

本来であれば、自分一人で英語学校のレッスン用の８つの椅子やセルフスタディ用の２つの椅子と机などを作る予定でしたので、本当に助かりました！いろいろとありがとうございました！！

今日も英語学校スタートに向け、昨日できなかったことを実行していきたいと思います！

英語学校スタートに向けた備品購入のためのかっぱ橋商店街へ仕入れの旅

This past week, I went to Kappabashi Dougu shotengai, which is famous for selling miscellaneous goods.
This time the reason I visited Kappabashi-dougu shotengai is mainly I wanted to check and buy some stuff for my English school and English environment café.
I bought quite a lot of things, such as water glass, mugs, school signs, and so on.
I guess I need to buy a little more so I’ll check my list, which says what I need to prepare for my English school, again and order what I need to buy!

今週は、キッチン道具で有名な“かっぱ橋道具商店街”に行ってきました。

今回かっぱ橋を訪れた理由は主に、英語学校ならびに英語環境カフェに必要な備品をチェック・購入するためでした。

グラスや看板など、かなりたくさんの物を購入することができました。

が、まだ必要な物があると思うので備品のリストをもう一度見直して、英語学校スタートに向け１つずつ準備していきたいと思います！
