恐怖の罵倒商法「お前はバカか」、急増“送りつけ商法”の凶悪・卑劣手口。 → "You are stupid"theabuse commercial law ofthefear;or brutality, themean trick of rapid increase"send it commercial law."
注文した覚えがない健康食品が突然自宅に送られ、購入させられる－。 → -whichahealth food doing not remember thatIordered it is sent tothehome suddenly and is made to purchase.
こうした悪質な「送りつけ商法」の被害が、全国で多発している。 → Of such vicious"send it commercial law" damage occurs frequently inthewhole country.

送りつけ商法は「ネガティブ・オプション」とも呼ばれ、悪質な業者が個人や事業者などを問わず、勝手に商品を送り付けて購入させる手口だ。 → Send it,andthecommercial law is called"thenegative option" and isatrick to letavicious supplier sendsaproduct without permission regardless ofanindividual oracompany and purchase it.

■電話で恫喝 → Threat you on the telephone

後日、小瓶に入った３万円の商品が自宅に送られ、購入を余儀なくされた。 → Aproduct of 30,000 yen included inasmall bottle was sent tothehome and was forced tothepurchase later.

「あなたのために特注で商品をつくった」としつこく迫られたが、女性は「お金がない」と何とか断り、近くの消費生活センターに相談したという。 → It was pressed"to have madeaproduct withaspecial order for you" persistently,but when "there is not money ,"thewoman declines it somehow,and it is said thatItalked withtheconsumer service center nearby.
■被害の相談急増 → Consultation rapid increase ofthedamage
全国の消費生活センターや国と連携する国民生活センターによると、健康食品の送りつけに関する相談件数は平成１９年度の１７６７件から、２３年度の２７２８件まで年々増加。 → According totheNational Life Center in connection with consumer service centers and countries of the whole country, thenumber of consultation to relate to to send it ofthehealth food is increase from 1,767 cases of 2007 to 2,728 cases of 23 year by year.
２４年度は１万２９７７件と一気に増えた。 → Increased with 12,977 cases at a stretch in 24.
センターの昨年１０月時点の集計では、２４年度は相談者の４１・６％が前述の女性のように、業者からの電話で「強引に購入を迫られた」と感じていた。 → When"thepurchase was pressed for overthetelephone fromasupplier forcibly ," bythecount as of last October ofthecenter,in 24,41.6% oftheconsultant felt it liketheabove-mentioned woman.

国民生活センターは、消費者側の被害防止策として、注文した覚えのない商品は受け取りを拒否するよう啓発している。 → TheNational Life Center enlightenstheproduct withoutthememorizing thatIordered as preventive measures against damage oftheconsumers side to refuse receiving.
