朝、散歩。
私のモロッコでの活動は社会開発・家族・連帯省の管轄下で行われます。
My volunteer activity in Morocco is under supervision of Ministry of Development/Family and solidality.
今日は、当該省庁から辞令受領・表敬のため、当省の訪問が予定されてました。
Today,we were supposed to visit the ministry.
がしかし、今朝直前になってキャンセル。
But suddenly,this morning it was cancelled.
昨日、障害者団体がデモ活動を行ったらしく、ヒートアップして省内に突入したかららしいです。原因は就職問題らしいです。
According to JICA,a group of handicaped exercised demonstration in front of the ministry.And they got mad and rushed in to the ministry!
Unemployment,is the cause of the demonstration.
職員とデモ隊との間で緊張が高まり、セキュリティ上問題だらけなので表敬を延期
してほしいとの連絡が入ったとのことです。
The tense between the demonstrates and the ministy is still high,thus there was an emergence call from ministry to put off the visit.
う～ん、到着早々面白いじゃないか。
政府機関にデモ隊突入って、ちょっと普通じゃない。
うん、（・_・）普通じゃない。取りあえず日本ではありえない。
Woh,it makes me exciting,doesn't it?
It's not very normal to be in this kind of situation.
At least,you can't imagine it in Japan where most of people forgot how to get angry.
実は当国の若年失業はかなり深刻らしく、障害者に限らず高等教育を受けた人々
の就業もままならない状態らしく、特に修士・博士号取得者も職に就けないため
若年層にかなりの不満がたまっているとのことです。
Accoring to the information from books,the unemployment of youth in Morocco
is really a big head ache for a long time.Not withstanding the handicapped,
many people with higher education are also unemployed.
The students of master nor doctor cannot find job,thus the frustration is
accumulated amongst the youth.
国会の前では、しょっちゅうデモ活動が行われており、昨日も偶然通りがかった
時に卒業生らしき人たちがデモをしていました。
I sometimes see the demonstration in front of the diet.Yesterday,I saw one,too.

このため、優勝な学生は職を求めて先進国に行ってしまう、いわゆるBrain Drain（頭脳流出）が深刻とのことです。
裕福な家庭の保護者は子弟を小さい頃からフランス・アメリカに留学させるとのことです。
Under these circumstances,brain drain is occuring for a long time,
Again,parents of rich background bring their sons to learn abroad,like in France.

先進国で教育を受けた優秀な人たちは勿論ほとんど国には帰ってきません。
Most of those who received an advanced higher education will never look back
their Heimat and won't come back again.
書店で立ち読みした報告書にはモロッコの失業率は05年時点で5-6％とありましたが、20％と報告している書籍もあり、実態がどうなのかを追々調べてみようと思います。
When I read a report in a book store,it says the unemployment rate in 05yr in Morocco was 5-6%.
But is other(Lonely planet Morocco) says,20%.I still don't grasp the true situation here but I will work on to figure out the situation.
