大きいつづら - 対米従属を招く消費者心理

しばらく前の「ゼイタク病」で述べたことの続きにもなるが、『闇金ウシジマくん』に描かれる飲食物の中でも、まるで親の仇のように繰り返しよくない扱いで描かれるものが。
コーラ、ケチャップやマヨネーズ、豚丼。

「ああ…」って感じでしょ、ご覧になってる方なら。
たとえコーラ本体がカロリーオフだとしても、コーラの味はハンバーガーやスナック菓子と合うようにできてる。
その味付けじたい記号というか化学薬品というか、塩分・糖分・油分、ダイエットの敵たちと慣れ親しませ、だらしない生活へいざなう、いかにも不健康食品。

豚丼っていうのも、そもそも牛丼の代用食として現れたんだと思うのだが、ツユダクとかでびちゃびちゃにして食うんだったら豚でも牛でも変わらない。
それでもやはり牛肉の人気は高いようで、このほどアメリカ産牛肉の輸入規制が緩和される運びとなり、牛丼チェーン店や街角では歓迎の声も。
これが韓国だったら、必ず反米デモが起こる局面でしょうに。




そういえば『パタリロ！』にも、お付きの武官から注意されたパタリロが「牛丼は健康食だ」って言い返す場面があったなと思って、探そうとしてタマネギ部隊（お付きの武官）が活躍し始めるあたりからめくってみると、もっとふさわしいのが（↑画像）。

「アメリカ乗っ取り！」ですと。
外したことがない占い師をだまして、カジノで、次には株の相場で儲ける。
儲けた金で、さらに儲かる株を買うとか不動産を買うとかで、遂には全米経済と国土の3分の1を手中に収めるパタリロ。

実にくだらん。殺された資産家夫婦みたいに虚栄心に満ちたお金の使い方だと思うのだが、実際にわが国がマネーゲームに狂奔したバブル期よりも相当前（1980年）に描かれたってことが興味深い。こと対アメリカとなると、世界一大きくて強い国を相手に、そういうお金の力でギャフンと言わせたいみたいな欲望が確実にわれわれの中にあり、それは逆に大きさとか強さとか相手の土俵に乗せられて、身の破滅を招きかねないっていう。




アメリカ側からしても、願ったり叶ったりだったと思うよ。
かわいい手下の "Little Honda" (ビーチ・ボーイズ "All Summer Long" 1964、に収録) が、経済力でブイブイいわしてビッグなつもりで同じ土俵に上ってくることは。
バブル後の「失われた20年」とか、あるいはリーマン・ショック後もアメリカより日本の痛手が大きいというような現象は、相手の策に自らハマッてしまったことの表れなのでは。

脱・対米従属。
まずは食べものから、味付けは濃い方がいい、量も多い方がいいっていうような習慣を逐一再検討して、生活の主導権を取り戻してゆきたいと願うものであります。
