18歳から29歳を対象にした調査ですが、返還の時は31％くらいが自分は広義の意味で中国人だと言っていました。

ルーツは中国にあるから、自分は中国人だという人が3割いたんですね。

2008年の北京五輪直前の調査では、43％が自分は中国人だと言っていた。

そのころは、五輪を行う中国を誇らしいと思っていたのかもしれません。

ところが今同じ調査をしたら自分を中国人という人は3.1％です。

つまり、中国人ではないという人が9割以上です。

同じ現象が日本でも起きています。

今まで、在日の台湾人には、中華民国系と中華人民共和国系の台湾人組織がありました。

ほかに華僑組織もたくさんあって、かけもちする人が多かった。

その方がなにかと便利でしたから。

ところが最近は「中国人と言われるのは嫌だ」という声が少なくない。

台湾人だけの組織ができていて、私たちは中国人ではないという動きが出てきた。　

その中で、実は台湾にルーツを持つ日本人もいれば、ずっと台湾人のままの意識の人もいます。

中国も、いわゆる台湾の外省人、すなわち中国にルーツを持つ人が、なぜか台湾人の組織に入っていて、中国は嫌だという人がずいぶんいますね。

中国がいかに国際社会で嫌われているかということがよくわかります。　

中国国内においても、共産党政権から、もちろん今恐怖政治をしているのでみんな黙っていますが、どんどん離れていっています。

台湾も最近危なくなってきています。

それだけ中国の脅威が大きくなっているということでしょう。

日本ではそういう声は聞いたことがないですね。

目下十二人がスパイ容疑で中国当局によって拘束中です。

起訴されている人もいる。

でも、それだけでなくて、十都県輸入規制措置違反や、脱税などを理由に拘束されている人も増えているようです。　

脱税は犯罪ですが、中国の場合、税金をきちんと払う方が馬鹿にされていた。

かつては産経新聞以外の記者のほとんどがやってましたよね。

日系企業の多くは日本と中国に振り込む給料を分けて、中国にはちょっと振り込んで、それで税金申告をしていた。

調べたらすぐ受給金額がわかることですが、当局はみんなやっていることだと見逃していた。

時々捕まえたい人がいるとそれを持ち出してきて軽く脅す。　

でもそれは、水面下で済んでいたのが、今はいきなり捕まえられて拘束される。

普通は罰金や追加の税金の支払いでご赦免だったものが、長期拘束され、いつの間にか別の罪状で起訴されるみたいなことになっている。　

脱税もそうだし、買春も、これまで微罪で見逃されていたものが、長期拘束の理由にされるようになってきた。

日本人だけが対象でなく、全体に中国は外国人全般への監視、管理を強化してきています。
