三鷹駅から武蔵境駅を走るムーバス7号の運行開始の式典に出席しました。式典は1時間ずらし、三鷹駅と武蔵境駅で行いました。
I attended at a ceremony of a service start of "mubus 7" that run to Musashisakai Station from Mitaka Station.
It moved for one hour and held the ceremony at Mitaka Station and Musashisakai Station.

議案1件が上程され、可決されました。続いて、意見書8件(採択　2件、不採択6件)でした。

One billwas introduced, and it was approved. And eightopinion successively (Agreement 2 ,Rejection　6).

外郭環状道路計画に対する住民投票条例の陳述が2人からありました。

休憩、質疑、討論の後、採決しました。秘訣と決定致しました。

その後、3特別委員会から経過報告がありました。

There was a statement of the citizen's vote regulations for a beltway plan from two people.

A question, discussion , and there was decided with rejection.

There was a progress report afterwards from three special committees.

平成19年第一回定例会、第5日目が行われました。

冒頭、請願の撤回がありました。

各委員会からの審査報告の後、議案採決を致しました。結果は14件可決されました。請願2件(撤回　1件　　　採択　1件)でした。

また、追加議案2件が上程され、人事案件一件については同意されました。
残り一件は本会議6日目の意見陳述、審議となりました。


The no. 1 ordinary assembly of 2007 , today was the 5th day.

There were the beginning, with　drawal of a petition.

After an examination report from each committee, I did bill voting. 14 results were approved. Two petitions(One withdrawal　　adoption one case)

In addition, two additional bills were introduced.

It was agreed on personnel affair. The sixth day,the remainder affair became an opinion statement and examination.
