その後、12月定例会の一般質問を考えました。

現在社会はストレス社会です。
ストレスは胃潰瘍や十二指腸潰瘍、下痢や便秘など引き起こします。これはストレスによって自律神経が乱れ、血管を拡張・収縮させます。この神経と血管の変調が皮膚に影響をあたえます。
