そして、マリリン・マンソンのテーマを拾った。

「週末全部使ってコレを作った（中略）出来上がりは超イケてる（中略）私ったらマジすげえ」

サマーソニック'01でマリリン・マンソンのステージを初めて見た時、歌劇チックなステージングと
バンド全体のグラマラスな雰囲気から21世紀型グラムロックだと思った。
昔のデビッドボウイ的革新派を期待する人や、ひたすら暴力的な部分を求める人、あるいは
ビジュアルのみを見たい人など、色んなファンの要望に応えられるパフォーマンスだったと思う。
今月のソニック・マニアで再来日を果たすが、ビジュアルのみを追い求めてきたファンは
かなり肥えた今のマンソンを見てどう思うのだろうか・・・（笑）
