すでに屋根が吹き飛ばされている。
貯蔵プールが壊れて水がない状態になれば、中にある核燃料が過熱して爆発を起こし、大量の放射性物質が広い範囲に拡散してしまうだろう。
◇米国原子力規制委員会(NRC)およびフランスの核エネルギー会社アレヴァは、ともにこの危険について警告している。
福島第一原発・事故調査委員会が2月に発表した報告の中では、『4号機の貯蔵プールは、核災害の並行的、連鎖的危機において、明らかに“弱いつながり”があることが示されている』と述べられている。

◇テレビ朝日は、先月の放送で、「もし、地震や漏水などによって4号機のプールにヒビ割れができれば、そのときは東京は終わりになるだろう」と言っています。

「4号機の貯蔵プール、これはプールも含めて建屋全体が傾いています。
プールの床が抜けたり、ひっくり返ったりしないように、プールの真下にスクリュー・ジャッキをあてて、下から支えられている。
もし、冷却水が失われれば、火災が発生するまで、わずか数時間の猶予しかないだろう。
そうすれば、放射性物質は環境中に放出され、セシウム137の100％が放出されるかもしれない」。

次は仙谷と、親分がコロコロ代わっても、うまく立ち回っていけるのです。
彼らの「被災者への補償額を減らしたい」という利害と、「住民から徴収する住民税、国からの地方交付税を減らしたくない」という福島県知事の利害とが一致し、福島の住人たちの自主避難を阻み、子どもたちを被曝させたままにしているのです。
彼らは、間違いなく犯罪者であり、将来の大量殺人者であることは世界中のメディアが書きたてていることです。

このままでは、彼ら自身も、そして彼らの家族も致命的な被曝に晒すことになるというのに、まったく頭の中がお花畑な人々です。
私たちは、心あるマスコミの人々に訴えかけるべきです。
そして世論を形成すべきです。

上のような人々でなくても結構。自分がシンパシーを感じるマスコミの人々に、メールを送ってみてください。
たった1行の励ましでもいいのです。
元国連職員の松村昭雄氏が働きかけているように、どこの誰からも指図を受けず、すべての企業と利害関係を持たない世界的な independent な専門家チームを、早く構成すべきです。
そして、東電の壊れかけたソロバンではじき出したようなインチキ耐震偽装ではなく、科学的で正確な構造評価を与え、もっとも有効な工程表を作るべきです。
あらゆる方面で特措法を活用し、万一の事態が起こった場合に備えて、自主避難の時間さえない原発立地周辺の人々を強制的に避難させるべきです。
福島の住民の意向を一人一人斟酌していたら間に合わなくなるでしょう。
まず、いのち、食べ物の安全確保が何より先決です。
