私は食事内容を決める時、まず『細胞を作り、代謝を行うための材料』として、タンパク質、脂質、ビタミン・ミネラルを優先して決めます。そして1日の運動量や、体重調整に応じて、炭水化物の摂取量を決定します。具体的には、肉類、魚類、大豆類などのタンパク質と、季節の野菜果物をまず選びます。その中に自然と脂質と糖質も含まれています。それを前提に、プラス麺類、パン類、穀物類、或いはスィーツを食べるか選びます。前半部分のタンパク質摂取量はほとんど変わりません。後半の炭水化物に関しては、一日の運動量によって大きく変化します。優先順位を付けてやれば結構自由に食べられますし、制限してやることで初めて目にする食材などもあって楽しいモノです。 

食事の際、全てにおいて大切なことは一度に大量に摂らない、ということです。消化器系に負担が掛かりますし、使い切れなかった栄養は脂肪として蓄えられます。 

ストレッチやマッサージで
血流を良くする
