I am explaining how I sew a kimono. 江戸小紋Edokomonの着尺
江戸時代に各大名が裃につけた小紋を「定め小紋」といいます。
代表的な江戸小紋の鮫小紋でも特に細かいものを「極鮫」と呼び、紀州徳川家の定め小紋になります。
江戸小紋は礼装になる柄で一年を通して着れます。
この江戸小紋の反物は着尺地なので着物はもちろん、長羽織や長コートにもなります。
また着物衿の道中着にすれば、あとで着物に仕立て直す事も出来ます。(衿が広衿の場合は裏衿が必要です）
This cloth can make a 着物kimono.a 羽織Haori,and a コートkoat.
The pattern of this cloth is called 江戸小紋Edokomon.
It seems to be used for 裃kamisimo and is the pattern that social status is very high.
The price of this 江戸小紋Edokomon is 30.000 yen.
