I'm back

1年ぶりの投稿となってしまいました。ネタもないし、ブログ辞めちゃおうかなと考えていたところ、ケアンズとホノルルにいる友人から、ほぼ同時にブログ関連で連絡があったので、再開を決心しました

先週の日曜日、三郷のコストコに行ってきました。子供抜きで、仲の良い主婦のお友達との買い物は、とても楽しいものついつい買いすぎちゃいました。

この日は、ポロの子供用の靴が2300円位とシャツが3400円位と、とーってもお買い得シャツは旦那様に。

あと、メラミンのお皿を買いました。3月の地震でかなりのお皿が割れたので、これ欲しかったのです。ハデハデでかわいいでしょう？

その日の夕食は、お寿司。魚介類も豊富です。言うまでもないけど、何もかもBigサイズ

Finally, I made up my mind to contiue this blog after 13-month break. Thanks to my friends, Izumi in Cairns and Sandy in Honolulu for reminding me that I have this weblog and it hasn't been closed yet (lol)!

On last Sunday, I went to Costco in Misato city with my friends. It was very fun to see around big boxes stuffed with donuts, bagels, almonds, cherries, etc.

I bought a pair of shoes for Aki, and a shirt for my husband with ~2300yen and ~3400yen. Nice Price! 

And I also bought a 12-piece melamine dinner ware set because quite a bit of dishes were broken by the earthquake in March. Aren't they pretty?

 

Pizza

つくばでおいしいピザを食べてきました。つくばに住むお友達が連れて行ってくれました。
仕事がらということもあるでしょうが、彼女はおいしいお店を知ってるなぁとあらためて感じました。
この Trattoria E Pizzeria Amiciは、写真の黒い看板のとおり正真正銘のナポリピッツｧを提供しているとして
「真のナポリピッツァ協会」が認定しているお店。

店内は、大きな釜があり、和気あいあいとした雰囲気で、本場のピザ屋さんて感じ（イタリアには行ったことないけどね）。アンチョビの入ったトマトソースのピザと鴨のラグーソースであえたホウレンソウのもちもちパスタをいただきました。大満足！！
特にピザは、適度な厚さで焦げ感がたまらない〜。

つくばに行ったら、ぜひ！でも平日でも混んでいたので予約もしくは待つ覚悟をしておいたほうが良いです。



I enjoyed Napolitan pizza at Trattoria E Pizzeria Amici in Tsukuba.
My friend Saori took me there(She knows many good restaurants and shops).
The black sign in the first picture shows that this restaurant is authorized by Verace Pizza Napoletana
as a restaurant serves real Napolitan pizza.

There is a big stone oven and the atomosphere is nice an cozy.
I tried pizza with anchovy & garlic and spinach pasta with duck ragu sauce. I really liked the fluffy pizza!

The restaurant was very busy although we went there on a weekday. Reseravtion is recommended.

June Garden

　　　　

6月には、今年冬に植えたばかりのあじさい、アナベルが花をつけました。

あっという間に大きくなって、華奢な枝が曲がってしまいました。

このシーズンは、一年目の苗ばかりで寂しかった花壇もちょっとにぎやかです。

In my flower bed,  there is a hydrangea, annabelle planted in last winter.
Last month, huge white blooms appeared !!
I was worried about its stem, though.

I was glad to see many flowers bloomed in June.  

Juneberry

六月中旬、今年も息子とジュンベリーを収穫しました♪　



測ってみると８７８グラム。さっそくジャムにしました。砂糖を入れて煮詰めて種を除くともとかさの3分の１ほどに減ります。

独特の香りと甘さがあるジュンベリージャムは、我が家の初夏の楽しみです。



Last month, my son and I picked juneberries, 878g in total.

I made jam same as last year. After boiling with some sugar and removed its seeds, it came down to a third in volume.
 
Picking juneberries and enjoying sweetness of juneberry jam is one of my family's favorites in early summer.

ま、まずい!ブログの更新が一カ月に一度のペースになってしまいました。
