Wild rice (seasoned with pork seasoning + a bit of soy sauce)
Cream of pumpkin soup (from All Recipes)
Cranberry sauce (from a recipe on a bag)
Talt with almond puree, castard cream and canned fruits (from e-recipe, strawberry talt modified)
Glazed ham became too tough. I wonder I glazed too many times. Cornish hen was good. Really easy and took only 1 hour. Wild rice was good. Cranberry sauce could be less sweeter (the bag says 1 pack of berry + 1 cup cuger + 1 cup water). Cream of pumpkin soup was very good. I made castard cream from scratch with microwave. It was pretty easy. The talt shell was too tough. Recipe says "2-3mm" but I think mine was 4-5mm. I should've made it thinner.
