About Obama Care

In US, Obama Care issue is escalated to Constitutional debate. This is an Article of Washington Post, having positive opinion to the reform. It does not ring a bell that Health Insurance is to be 'bought'. In Japan, it is 'mandatory applied'.　　　Doesn't it resemble to Obligation to have contract with NHK?

アメリカでは、ObamaCareと呼ばれている医療保険制度改革ですが、憲法論争にまで発展しています。この記事は、WashintonPostのもので、改革に肯定的な見方をしています。それにしても、医療保険は「買う」ものだという点がピンときませんね。日本では、強制的に｢適用される」ものですが．．．．．NHKの受信契約義務に似ています。
