I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for one year and sixty-seven days in a row.
I was able to keep over 15-time push-ups for the one hundred and fourteenth staight day
including the most recent eveven days of 21 times of them.
Very happily, I was able to do a long-distance walking for the first time in two years
yesterday, which took four hours of walking time with about two hours of break time.
I walked from my workplace near Subway Iwatsuka Station in Nagoya to JR Kuwana station
in Mie prefecture, which is about 24 kilometers.
I was worried that I might suffer from ache in my knees, but actually, I felt few pains
there while walking.
Anyway, I have to give my body a chance to heal for the next few days.
