Push-ups :21 times
Walking :a total of 3 hours and 10 minutes
Standing on one foot :0 minutes each
Cigarettes :0
jogging-on-the-spot :0 minutes

Six years and one hundred and fifty-eight days in a row have passed since I shook off a bad habit of smoking.
I was able to keep more than 14-time push-ups for the one hundred and fifth consecutive
day and 21-time push-ups for the second successive day.

I was able to do a middle-distance walking with a total of 3 hours and 10 minutes of
walking time, and actually I have now felt that fatigue of the walking is setting in.
But I'm satisfied with the walking as part of preparation for a long-distance
walking planned in late this month.
Anyway, I'm sure I had better not walk today and maybe tomorrow.
