Push-ups :24 times
Walking :40+40=1 hour 20 minutes
Standing on one foot :10 minutes each
Cigarettes :0
jogging-on-the-spot :0 minutes

I was able to keep no-smoking for six years and one hundred and eighty-nine days in a row.
I was also able to keep at least 16-time push-ups for the one hundred and thirty-
sixth successive day including the latest seven days of 24 times of them.

It's sunny in Nagoya today again and very luckily, it's not so hot.
I've recognized that the best way to fight against callousness is to become callous,
and the best way to fight against insincerity is to become insincere.
If you try to remain sincere against the insincere, you will end up being put to evil ends.
The good have to get used to being the bad against the bad.
