I have succeeded in preventing myself from smoking for six years and one hundred and forty-six days in a row.
I was able to keep over 17-time push-ups for the ninety-third straight day
including the latest ten days of 25-time push-ups.

It's sunny again in Nagoya and I feel today is a little hot maybe because
I feel the winds are a little humid.
Now, I've had some degree of a sense of fatigue in my legs, so I've decided
to avoid doing a walking today.
Instead, I'd like to do some practice of English.
Anyway, I need a break from physical exercises once in a while.
