Lately I've been working around with multiple computers because of my job being a tech guy in a large company. The problem that I encounter all the time is when the computer owners keeps on forgetting the password they use to access their computer. When it comes to this, most of the time I have to spend time with them trying to figure out what they set as their password. The result? I have to spend almost 2-3 hours trying to log in to their computer and reset the password to something easier. Sometimes I need to reboot the computer which results in losing files and having to take all the blame for not being able to retrieve back their password.
