I was happy to see your video. The Japanese in general will welcome foreingers, in particular Americans. I've never seen the shops for Japanese only in Japan, but since there are photos like that, it must be true that there are shops like that. But they are rare and they are extreme exceptions. The most of shops mentioned seem to be the places where you drink and flirt with girls.

I agree with your view on "liberals". I for one hold the value of liberty in highest regard, but people do not have the right to act in whatever they like, disregarding the etiquette, manner and the language of the host country. When I visit the U.S. I'll order things in English in a way that local people may not be offended. The most of Americans behave well in Japan, but unfortunately, some "radial liberals" act just the way they do in the U.S as you are pointing out in the video.
