まだ、統計とかがあるわけではないが、経験値からいうと、左翼過激派による暴力的事犯が増加している、と。

まあ、日本でも、昔から、赤報隊みたいな右翼の気違いもいたわけだが、過激派といえば、左翼の火炎瓶みたいな感じで、どっちも凶暴になりうるわけですね。

If you blame a black community for violence while ignoring the similar violence by a white community, that is not criticism either : it is racism.

If a journalist loves Japan and his/her own country, why treat two countries differently?

If you are a journalist but can't criticize your own government, you are a coward.

(2) A person who commits a crime proscribed under Article 177, paragraph 2 of

で、結論として、今回の法案について、私は反対なわけであるが、すでに共謀罪のある英米向けの記事としては、英米のとちがってどこか問題なのか、はっきりさせるべきでしょうね。

日本政府は５月、「共謀罪」法案に関するカナタチ氏の書簡に抗議文を提出。法案は１８７カ国が締結する国際条約締結に必要だとした上で、日本だけを対象にした懸念だと批判した。

　カナタチ氏はシンポジウムで弁護士の質問に答え、同条約は２０００年に国連で採択され、今から１０年前までに多くの国が条約を批准済みだった、と説明し、こう反論した。

　「当時はプライバシー権に関する国連特別報告者の役職はなかった。この役職は２０１５年７月にでき、私が初めての担当だった。今後、フランスや英国、ドイツ、米国に対しても、日本同様に観察していく」「（「共謀罪」法案に）プライバシー保護の規定を盛り込んでも、条約締結は可能だ」

私の認識では、国際的な会議で「容姿」や「年齢」に触れることは、あってはならないことだ。その2つの要素は仕事には関係ないことだからだ。

講演会で議題と関係ない冗談を言うことはよくあることだろう。

日本社会では、自分の体型や顔のかたちを指して、「見た目」で笑いを取ることがあるが、この種の場では、通用しないはずだ。

たとえば、「私はカボチャみたいな顔をしてますから」と言ってアメリカ人の前で場を和ませようとした日本人の男性会社員に私は出くわしたことがあるが、場が凍り付いたのを覚えている。

おれも常日頃、産経の「美しすぎる」へったくれみたいなのはやめれ！と言っているわけだが、稲田大臣のは冗談。アンガールズが「おれらヤクザやねん」と言っているようなものだ。


また、女性が自分の容姿をネタにする冗談がなんでいけないのか、よおわからんところ。

最高裁の判例は、漏らした情報が形式的に秘密として扱われていただけでなく、実質的な秘密として保護するに値する場合でなければ罪は成立しないとする。

　今回のケースについて、情報管理に詳しい清水勉弁護士は「省内で秘密文書に指定されていたわけでもないだろうし、国家戦略特区の議論は透明性をもって進められることが望ましい。本来は文科相や内閣府の担当相が、進んで事実を明らかにすべき事柄で、守秘義務違反に問えるはずがない」と話した。


ある現役裁判官は「守秘義務違反で罪に問われるのは、情報を流出させた方法が著しく社会常識から逸脱しているなど、極めて例外的な場合に限られる」と話す。別の裁判官は「形式的に守秘義務違反に当たる場合でも、公益のための内部告発など目的に正当性があれば、裁判では違法性が否定される可能性がある」と説明している。

今回のケースは形式的にも実質的にも守秘義務はなく、かえって、政権が、すすんで情報開示すべきものなわけですね。

にもかかわらず、当事者である政権副大臣が、「おまえら、余計なことをいうとただじゃおかねえぞ」と怖い顔して発言した、というわけですね。
