皆様、おつかれさまです。元気ですか？今日はブログで日記のエントリです。今日はいつものように疲れた。。。それと腹筋が痛い。。。今日も筋肉トレーニングとバスケットのプレイをしました。しかし先日の筋トレでボクサーのやる腹筋運動をし、真っ直ぐ立ってられないほどの筋肉痛で苦しんでます。これでバリバリの腹筋になってくれれば。。。まだ成果が見えない。笑 日本のお天気はいかがですか？あんまり日本の夏、湿気には期待してませんねえ。こちらは湿気がありますけど、それほど悪く無いのでまだいい方です。日本の夏でいい事と言えばお祭りですよね。こちらではあんまり祭りがありませんし、あったとしても日本の屋台や花火、踊りや太鼓には及びません。僕の分まで楽しんで下さい！！
今夜も金曜ですし、従兄と映画館でスーパーマンでも観に行きます。

昨夜NBA FINALSを観た人達はおられますか？僕はもちろん日曜をリラックスしながら試合をみました。
５戦目は明らかに最近NBAでは見ない歴史に残るような試合になりました。試合が延長戦までもつれ込み、試合の終盤はファンが期待するようにマイアミのDwyane WadeとダラスのDirk Nowitzkiのスター同士の張り合いになりました。先日は新聞、TVがNowitzkiがハートがないと彼の事を悪く書き上げてたんですけど、それを跳ね返すかのようにマイアミが食らいついて来る度に４１番がエルボーからのシュート、右側のステップバックシュートをオニールの上から決め僕は感動してました。
逆にマイアミを見ると、Wadeが負じとどんどんダラスの得点に答えた！彼はもう超人の区域に入りましたね。４Qで１５得点を挙げ、ダブルチームされながらも中へ切り込み、バンクショットを決めるなど、恐ろしい奴だと思いました。それで延長でも逆点／決勝点となるフリースローを決め、勝利！マイアミヒートのプレイオフでの一試合最多得点記録を４３で塗り替え、間違いなく将来マイアミでは永久欠番されるだろう。
＞可哀想な奴：Josh Howard
前半素晴らしい試合をしたのに延長戦で悲惨なでき事が重なった彼。終わりに２連続フリースローを落とし、それで留まらず、残り２秒弱でジョンソン監督とタイムアウト状況の話をすると審判に請求と思われ、タイムアウト。御陰様でフリースロー後はタイムアウトを吹き、ハーフコートからボール出しができず敗北。その出来事さえなければ GREAT GAME!!
>監督達の采配：
ヒートのPAT RILEY: さすがベテラン監督！NOWITZKIにエルボーでボールを貰わせない戦略とショートコーナーで貰わせる作戦が上手い。NOWITZKIはベースライン側からドライブするのがあんまり上手くない。。。それと良く１、２戦目からダブルチームへの対応の仕方を良く考えてる。NOWITZKIが大体２１０cmなのでダラスが彼をシャックにダブルさせてたが、３戦目からは彼のマークしてるJAMES POSEYを反対ウイングからベースラインへ移動させ、トラップできなくした。４戦目からはシャックへのロブパスの為、ゾーンで使うオーバーロードフォーメーションを作り、アリウープ！それ以外にも控えのSHANDON ANDERSONをカッターとして使い始め、WADEにカットする役目をやめさせた。おかげでサイズのあるANDERSONはゴール下で得点したり、リバウンドに参加。それとシュート打ちまくりのANTOINE WALKERより安定感が増した。ただ心配なのはまだマイアミの純シューターの不在。
ダラスのAVERY JOHNSONは若手ながら切り替えが出来るタイプ。オーバーロードをされながらもストロングサイドからダブルするオーテーションを考えついた。NOWITZKI, HOWARDがマークされてる事に気づき、彼らをおとりに使いJASON TERRYのトップとエルボーでピックアンドロールを良く使った。それ以外にもシャックはスキル的に守り弱く横への動きが遅いので、センターをエルボーでダウンスクリーンさせ、ガード達にシュートを与えた。スタックハウスは今回出場停止だったがそれでいいかも？Danielsはなかなかいい。残念と思うのがVAN HORNのシュートが入ってない事。。。インサイドが最初から弱いのに外からスランプだと不安。

今日は近くのrollingcrestレクリエイションセンターへ行きました。いつもと変わらずvernon君も同行でした。ベンチプレスをやったてたら彼の勧めで105kg上げた。しかし１０５なんて大学の時代以来やってない！彼は怪物なのである程度よく上げてたけど、僕が上げ始めるとあり得ないくらい重かった。。。笑
おかげで腕に感覚がありません！！笑
その後バスケをしてたんですけど、床はゴムで出来てて、非常に薄く、下がコンクリートです。３対３でプレイして外からしか打ってなかったので良かったんですが（ちなみにワンドリブルショットと１８フィートが今日良く入りました）、床が固くて今でも膝に響いてます。関節にきますよ。逆にvernon君は僕のマッチアップに対してムキになっておりそのおかげでシュートに持っていく１対１の練習になりました。でもその後あやつも立つまで横になってました。もう少しで２６になるなー。後少しでベテラン組みたいにマッサージパレードになるんだろうな。。。？あんまり期待してないですけど必要かも。。。笑

またボーナスシリーズに近い記事です。でも何故かやめられない。。。古い新聞を観る度に懐かしい写真をみたり、記事を読んだりとしてます。逆に去年は複雑なシーズンを送り、また自分の自信を取り戻す踏み台となってます。『俺ってやっぱり悪く無い選手じゃなかったな』ってまた自信をつけます。今は２００７年のクラスが騒がれてますけど、僕の卒業した頃はワシントンDCは当時歴史上一番高校生のタレントが揃ってた時代で、ALL-METRO (ワシントンDC、メリーランド州、とバージニア郊外）も割といい選手たちがプレイしてました。
今考えると僕はそんなに上手く無い選手じゃないけどこいつらを相手にプレイできてよかったなと思います。バスケットバーラーとしては幸せですよ。しかも普通１００万人に一人しかNBAに入らないのに、この時代でプレイした選手達はワシントンの周辺だけで数人出てきましたし、海外でプレイしてる奴らも居ますからね。
逆に僕が恥しないようにもっと頑張って生き残らないと。。。下記はprince george's Journalのメリーランド南地区とall-countyを見せます。写真の記事がその実際の新聞記事です。それ以外はwashington post のprince george郡４A／4A

今考えると僕はそんなに上手く無い選手じゃないけどこいつらを相手にプレイできてよかったなと思います。バスケットバーラーとしては幸せですよ。しかも普通１００万人に一人しかNBAに入らないのに、この時代でプレイした選手達はワシントンの周辺だけで数人出てきましたし、海外でプレイしてる奴らも居ますからね。

Potomac High head coach Rico Reed knows that traditionally younger coaches are picked to participate in such tiresome things as coaching all-star games. But that's just fine with him.
Reed was elated after guiding the 3A/2A/1A all-stars to a 99-82 victory over the 4A all-stars saturday in the Prince George's Coaches All-Star Game thursday at Prince George's Community College.
"I'm in dreamland," said Reed, who just completed his second season as the Braves head coach. " To coach such an extremely talented squad is just a pleasure. I'll coach this game any time they want me to".
The game of seniors was played under college-type rules, with two 20-minute halves, a 35-second shot clock, and six fouls before disqualification. Each play had to play at least 10 minutes.
The players were selected by county coaches during tryouts last week. No players participated from Suitland, High Point, Bowie, Bladensburg, or Forestville.
Central's Edsall Lindsey led the 3A/2A/1A all-stars with 15 points, including a twisting, fading 12-footer off the glass in the second half.
Lindsey was in full asll-star mode, throwing no-look passs and pushing the ball up the floor at every occasion.
Some of Lindsey's assists came to Potomac's Tre' Brady (11 points) and Surrattsville's Jerry Belt (10 points).
Belt got in one of the game's better dunks, but the best impersonation of Kobe Bryant went to the Laker star's name namesake--DuVal's Frank Bryant (9 points), who went sky high for the Super Slam.
"I just had that adrenaline going", Bryant said.
Northwestern Head Coach Jay Wheeler was selected to coach the 4A all-stars, and saw two of his players hit double figures in scoring-- Jo Kurino (14 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists) and Terrance Murray (10 points).
"It was a fun opportunity to coach guys who you look at as the opposition all year long," Wheeler said. "I enjoyed it."
NOTES: Crossland's Derrick Wright broke a finger in practice thursday and watched the game from the bench. Potomac's Marlon Moore was named to replace him and scored 10 points... Largo's Ray Lewis (10 points) scored eight straight points in the first half with a pair of three-pointers wrapped around a jumper.
