・比較的信頼されている検査ですが、その感度、特異度を比較
・勿論、Performanceは臨床状況によります。
・潰瘍の部位（Hallux, Metatarsals, Minor toes）によって性能が変わります。

■Probe-to-bone test (PBT)とX線の併用の効果は？
・PBTとX線を併用すると感度が上がる（当然？）→否定に有用

■WBC SPECT/CT
・感度が良いので陰性ならば活動性感染症の否定が可能。

■Fluorine-18-FDG PET/CT
・極めて特異度が良い（９１％）
