I teach you how to make healthy hamburger steak.

【Ingredient】

① Low fat minced meat 600g
② Bread 120g
③ 1 egg
④ Seasoning
┌ 2 tablespoons sugar
├ 2 tablespoons low calorie mayonnaise
├ 2 tablespoons of tomato ketchup
├ 2 tablespoons worster sauce
└ Spices of your choice (chili powder, pepper, thyme etc)
⑤ 1 onion, 4 green peppers, 1/4 carrots, concentrated soup for soba

【Recipe】

①Make bread crumbs with a food processor and take it in a container. Don't wash the food processor used at this time.
or
Mince a quarter bread loaf of with a food processor and take it in a container. Don't wash the food processor used at this time.

②Cut one onion, 4 green peppers and quarter carrots into a size that is easy for mincing, and mince it with a food processor
