「絶対に出さない」過程と結果

『村上春樹、河合隼雄に会いにいく』に次のような箇所がある。下はその英訳である。

絶対に出さない人というのはいませんか。つまり、問題があるにもかかわらず、隠して出さないという人は。
Are there cases when it proves to be absolutely impossible to uncover the problem – for example, a person who, despite having a problem, tries to keep it hidden?

「絶対に出さない」がabsolutely impossible to uncover the problem（問題を暴くことがまったく不可能）と訳されている。
　つまり、「出さない」結果「暴けない」ということ。
