昔ながらのまんじゅうは、炭酸（重曹）を使った炭酸まんじゅうと糀を使った酒まんじゅうに大きく分けられます。

まんじゅうをまとめて経木に乗せ、緑色の薄い包装紙で包むだけの懐かしい感じの簡易包装。
個包装されていないので、生地が固くなりやすいのが唯一の弱点。

今回は一気に何個食べたんですか？
ところで夏と冬はお休みがあるんですね。知らなかったです。
夏はともかく何故冬は…？？不思議です。
寒いから仕込みが大変なのかなあ？？おじちゃんとおばちゃん、2人でやってますものね〜。
でも積まれたおまんじゅうが、危険過ぎます。
何個いったのでしょう？？
1個50円! 素晴らしいですね。
群馬ではこういうタイプの饅頭が当たり前だと思っていたのですが、どこにでもあるものではない、というのは群馬を出てから気付きました。
子供の頃、ふかしたての饅頭を経木に包んでもらってわくわくしながら帰った想い出がよみがえります。緑色のカサカサした包装紙もとっても懐かしい。
美味しそうな写真を見ていると、無性に食べたくなってきました。
ところで「おみたまんじゅう」って不思議な名前ですね。
夏と冬のお休みはナゼなんでしょうね。
暑すぎたり寒すぎたりすると、発酵が安定しないのかも知れませんね。
現在、あんまりたくさんは食べないように気を付けてるんですよぉ

やはり、こういうタイプの酒まんじゅうは県外では珍しいのですか。
