Designated historical site of Yamaguchi Pref. on March29,1983.
This graveyard belong to the Kikkawa family of feudal lord,
who possesed a fief yielding 30,000Koku(later increasing
60,000Koku)during their rule of Iwakuni.
Except 6th lord,Tsunenaga,the site contain tombs all of the lords,plus their wives and children.
The original stone lanterns and washbasins also remain here.
