豚のビストロ風煮込み （Pork stew in Bistro style）

最近気になることが・・・太り気味？
おそらく、趣味の料理が影響していることが確実です・・・
（いつも２人分くらい作ってしまうので）

で、昨日は豚とキャベツを白ワインで煮込んだ料理を。
いやー、リースリングに合うとレシピに書かれてましたが、その通り！
仕事とスキーで疲れた体を癒してくれます。^^

Maybe gainning weight...due to my hobby/cooking, I guess.
(Usually, I cook almost the amount for two people...)

Yesterday, main dish was pork stew with cabbage and white wine;
this was great and good with Riesling wine (as the recipe says so).
Could gain power on my body, tired with work and skiing.

煮込み料理とリゾット （Chicken Stew and risotto genovese）

今年は本気です。^^

今日はハンズで片手鍋を購入し、チーズリゾットと
鶏肉のプーリア風トマト煮込みにチャレンジ！
手元にあったジェノベーゼ・ペーストを用いて、
ジェノベーゼリゾットにもしてみました。

＜評価＞
・トマト煮込み　：◎
・チーズリゾット：○
・ジェノベーゼリゾット：△

ジェノベーゼペーストがイマイチでした・・・（苦笑）

それにしても、昨日、イタリアンレストランのシェフに
教えてもらったリゾットの作り方がいい感じ。
簡単に美味しいリゾットが作れて、これからはまりそう・・・

Am serious in cooking this year.^^

Got an soup-pan today and cooked a chicken stew with tomato,
puglia style, and risotto with cheeze/genovese.

The result were...
- Chicken stew : excellent!
- cheeze risotto: great!
- genevese risotto: so so
(my genovese paste seemed not good...)

Anyway, the recipe of risotto I learned from Italian chef
yesterday was really easy and good.
Maybe I'll be crazy about cooking risotto hearafter...

琵琶湖バレー （Biwako Valley Ski resort）

今日は今シーズン初スキー！
で職場の皆と琵琶湖バレーに行ってきました。

朝は天気もよく、琵琶湖も一望！
雪は少なめでしたが、思ったよりも快適で、
午前スキーなどで今度また来ようと思います。^^

Today, the first skiing in this season.
I visited Biwako Valley Ski resort with my colleagues.

It was very fine weather in the morning,
giving us a clear view of Lake Biwako.
We had less snow than at other ski resort;
but we could enjoy skiing better than expected.

I would come there again soon.

フランベ （Flambe）

今年も料理に凝ってます。
で、今のマイブームはフランベ。
なんか、やってみたいでしょう、これ？（笑）

ちなみに今夜のディナーは若鶏のフリカッセです。^^

Cooking is one of my hobby; of course, I do this year as well.
My current favorite is flambé (see pic.)
I think everyone wants to do it when cooking :)

BTW, today's dinner is fricassée!

初詣 （First visit to shrine in 2010）

今年は買い物ついでに初詣♪
梅田のお初天神を訪れました。

もちろんおみくじも引いて、出てきたのは「吉」
何でも我慢したり、努力すれば叶うそうで。
自らアクションを起こせ、ということなんでしょう。

今年は頑張りますか。

In Japan, we usually visit shrine to pray for good fortune
in the beginning of January; so I visited Ohatsu-tenjin shrine
when I bought some goods in Umeda.

Then, I bought an "omikuji" to judge my fortune this year.
The answer was "good fortune."
I have to make some efforts or take actions in order to
make my will come true according to the "omikuji."
