裁判所　沖縄に新基地認める
　There was a decision in the court case where the Japanese
Central Government sued Okinawa Prefecture over the issue
of reclaiming land from the sea at Henoko in Nago city to build
a new base for the U.S.Military.
The Fukuoka High Court accepted most of what the central
government claimed and handed down a ruling that
"Okinawa Prefecture lost" and "there is no choice but
to build a new base at Henoko to get rid of the noise
from Marine Corps Air Station Futenma."
As the decision goes against the hopes of many of the
people of Okinawa.
Okinawa Prefecture appealed the ruling to the Supreme Court.
Warabi asked Professor Jinbun about the High Court's decision
and the issues at stake.

　An Al program has failed to get smart enough to pass
an entrance exam for the University of Tokyo,
a team of Japanese researchers concluded.
The "Torobo-kun" artificial intelligence program
has steadily improved its academic performance
but failed to achieve scores needed to pass the test
in trial exams, they said.
