Everything comes from preceding of colonialization. Africa was under substantial colonialization.
The idea of the colonization infiltrated by having taken the Western Europe thought though Japan was not experiencing the colonization. The history of the invasion appeared there.

The substantial technique for learning from the colonization remained as an experience though Africa was liberated from the colonization. It can be said that it was pressed that you may not know. Colonialization did the early existence to the Darfur problem. It is guessed that it became a tragedy as the noninterference in internal affairs policy of China (resource principle) mixed it there.

The noninterference in internal affairs of China is peculiar if it makes it to the democracy that the Europe and America society thinks about.
It is because there is two rule sociologies there.

A present competing policy can still be progressed only under an old concept like a vertical, integrated model and the horizontal division of labor type model, etc.The directionality of mobile industry cannot be discussed for that.

Diversity is weak existence to which directionality can be slightly acquired by being criticized because it is harmful, and being excluded.
